They have not addressed the issue, they don't recognise my date of birth, they have only directed me to the link for forgotten password. I don't have contact with TT he people TT hey are asking me to get codes from. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is a generic response with the usual set of links and is completely unrelated to my problem. My account got blocked, I have already submitted my photo for Facebook verification, and have not received a response to it after WEEKS, even though the information message on the site assured of a response within 72 HOURS. My account remains blocked, and I don't have a clue why. Facebook should at least confirm that I will never regain access to my "temporarily" (so-called) disabled account, and provide me with a way to download my posts, photos and comments on them.

proven to Facebook time and time again over the years. Facebook has accepted my ID's and unlocked my account back on March of 2015 but I am obviously locked out of my account again. Please look at attachment. It clearly shows Facebook had accepted my ID's.  I request Facebook to unlock my account. I have many groups I am administrator of and need to get back in them.
