They were just randomly taken out. Ive since cancelled that card and re-ordered a new one so Facebook cannot take more money out of my account. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because once more Facebook is evading the issue by not contacting us and not issuing the refund already requested. That link they provided does not work, it says 'log in to view' and even when I'm logged in via IPad, the link fails to open up. We have filed a complaint to [redacted] and [redacted] as well. This is the worst advertising business practice I've ever seen. As a Broadway production company, we cannot believe this and the fact that there is no direct contact with FB with  a real person is beyond comprehension. What a horrible way to do business. If the situation is not resolved, we will take this (and the publicity that will go with it) to the next level. I suggest that the next rep who will be assigned to evade the issue contacts us  via Revdex.com, AFTER reading tens of complaints we have taken the time to submit. The refund must be issued ASAP. Once again, the provided link by FB does not work as we are logged in via IPad. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It does not address my complaint.  If I were able to access and delete my account through the methods facebook had suggested, I would have done.I need them to locate and delete my profile and remove all information about me from their servers.  I am unable to do this myself as I cannot locate the profile via any of the means suggested.
