The help page does not help. This issue has something to do with facebooks system. I am trying to permanently delete my facebook account. I am not the only person having an issue doing so. Every single time I enter my password and the security captcha, I get an error message saying I am entering the wrong password. I have tried multiple times. I log out, log in again and try to delete my page using the same exact password and it continues to give me the same message. Here is a link to more people having the same issue: [redacted]
Sincerely,[redacted]
Hi [redacted],Thanks for your patience. We're currently reviewing your complaint and, if needed, will reach out directly to you through email in order to get further information. Thanks,[redacted]The Facebook Team
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is unacceptable. To log in requires more information that I'm not willing to give. Why should I have to provide my photo id to delete my account? Why would I bother to ask my "friends" to vouch for me if I don't intend to use the service? All I am asking is a simple thing. If they can't delete my account then they should activate my account so I can delete it myself. I don't want to supply anymore information to them. I don't want to confirm or deny my associates to their database. My account is deactivated right now. It makes no sense to have to activate my account to delete it. It also makes no sense to have emails from a deactivated account. This is ultimately an humongous infringement of privacy.
They are not making the process easy to escape their clutches. And I have already typed this information and gone through their extremely challenging help pages.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
FIRST OFF, I WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FACEBOOK IS MAKING AN EFFORT TO FIX THINGS, so I am waiting for Facebook to be able to figure out what is going wrong soon. But the Revdex.com is the only way I available to communicate with them since there is no other way of reaching them--not even through their Online Help Center. I will contact you by phone to keep you updated.
Initially, it seemed like the issue had been fixed but unfortunately, it was only a temporary fix. I had access to the site for three days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. (I had even emailed you, the Revdex.com, a positive update--Please see sopy-pasted text below.) Early Tuesday morning, my account was disabled again with the exact same message as the first time. I resubmitted my ID at the site. Today is Thursday, and I still have not regained access to Facebook.
I would like to know why the system keeps disabling me. If it is something I am doing that causes this, I need to know. As far as I know, I have been doing normal stuff: Exploring the website. Engaging with my group. Exploring new groups. Adding friends, Replying to posts, Learning about the privacy settings, Adjusting my privacy settings, I even posted updated instructions to the Help Center to help other users. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what I could be doing that might be triggering Facebook's bot disable action. Personally, I think something's wrong witht he software. But, I'm only guessing.
UPDATE EMAILED TO Revdex.com ON 7/1/2017 AT [redacted] after regaining access to my Facebook account:

Hello Revdex.com San Francisco / Bay Area,
Yesterday I submitted a rejection to business response because I still had not heard from them and was not going to be home today to reply back to you on time. But I got sick and had to stay home. As turns out, this morning there was an email from the business in my mailbox and I wanted to post an update to your website, but could not find a way to do it. So, I have decided to email you.
Kindly update the complaint information with the following progress report.
UPDATE:
I am very happy to inform you that Facebook has corrected the problem and that this issue has been resolved favorably. Early this morning I received an email notification from Facebook giving me access to the platform and I have been able to start working on my profile again.
Thank you so much for your mediation!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: That is the problem our email address is being associated with the accounts all you have to do is a simple google search & it shows up & we do not have Facebook accounts as we are restricted from having them due to contracts with other companies yet someone has used our email to make an account & since we don't have any accounts we can't & even Law enforcement can't contact to rectify the situation as as you do not have an external way of contacting that people can post a request through a portal that is not through Facebook I think there is some confusion & possible extortion as we brought the matter up with our consumer & corporate affairs department & they to were confused that there was not a telephone or email address which could be utilized for complaints for people that have suffered identity theft without having to go through formal legal proceeding. The error that seems to be looping is that everyone does not have or wish to have a Facebook account & there should be simple recourse for people to rectify a situation where 1 has been implemented without there consent. I am also still getting updates of status & friend request so a purge has not been done.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: There isn't an email or any contact information to send my information to.Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is the page I own and am trying to change its username: [redacted]This is me trying to change the username (gif video[redacted]I own the domain AndromedaCreative.com and have a pending trademark on the name as well.As far as I can tell, no one else is using it and my page meets all the requirements. Is this just a bug in your system?Sincerely,[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]The Facebook response obviously was automatically generated and did address my question at all. I already provided all the information requested. I understand Facebook has a global client base, but this is no excuse for disgraceful customer service.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
I'm not sure what more information is needed but I will explain that I did not authorize charges on my Facebook account when I contacted the "help" link on Facebook. The help link didnt have any information pertaining to Facebook charging "like pages". I then sent a message thru a "report a problem" and explained my issue with my account being charged. The generated message from Facebook explaining that they get several messages but try their best to respond to as many messages as possible. As of yet I have not received any correspondence from Facebook.
Hi [redacted],
We will need the URL to the Facebook account, not the standalone website. Please respond with this information at your convenience.
Thanks,

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that you’re concerned about your safety on our site. Facebook is about sharing, and our privacy controls give you the power to decide what and how much you share.
You can adjust your Privacy Settings so no one except your friends on Facebook can see certain information listed on your timeline. Start by visiting the Privacy Settings page, which you can access from the Account drop-down menu at the top of every Facebook page.
• Control basic information your friends will use to find you from the Connecting on Facebook section.
• Control who can see what you share by selecting one of the four global privacy setting groupings (Everyone, Recommended, Friends of friends or Friends only) in the "Sharing on Facebook" section. If you'd like to further customize these settings, click on the Customize settings link towards the bottom of that section.
• Control how your information is shared externally from the "Applications and Websites" section.
• Block specific people or applications from interacting with you on Facebook from the "Block Lists" section.
We recommend that you consider blocking the user involved in the report. People you block won't be able to find you in searches, view your timeline, or contact you with pokes, Wall posts, or personal messages. You can block people by adding their names to your block list at the bottom of the Privacy page, or by checking "Block this person" when you report them. These people will not be notified when you block them, and any existing ties you have with them will be removed. For more information on editing your Privacy Settings, please visit the following link to Facebook's Help Center: [redacted]
Please remember that you should also contact the authorities if you ever feel threatened by something you see on the site.
Thanks,
The Facebook Team
