I ricieve this email from Facebook after I upload my ID:
"Thanks for contacting us. It looks like we weren't able to confirm that this account belongs to you because the photo or scan that you
sent us didn't match the details on your account, or the item that you sent us isn't on our ID list."
Yesterday I have uploaded my Drive License AND I AM WAITING FROM A RESPONSE.

Business has asked for more information, namely a URL to the "content". Currently there is no "content", I am trying to create content, but Facebook Pages will not allow it on account of the name of the Facebook page that I want for my business. 
I am attaching a screenshot of the error message that I have received when attempting to set up a page for my new business [redacted]
 
Please let me know how we can work around the issue.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com & Facebook:The problem with Facebook is that they keep trying to get people who are NOT customers to create accounts. Someone used my e-mail and managed to reactivate a Facebook account I created about 8 years ago and tried for a few weeks before closing the account. In all of Facebook's responses they want you log in and create passwords. I am not a customer. I do not use Facebook. I did not reactivate my old account. Facebook needs to provide people with ways to contact them and resolve issues -- especially when security and privacy are involved. No one should be using my e-mail on Facebook for their own account or trying to hack an old account. 
Facebook needs to provide the public with a phone number and an e-mail address for resolving this kind of issue.

Here are the URL's from the 6 groups I am no longer able to admin:[redacted]I am looking to gain admin ability back for my for sale groups that I use to assist me in branding my business.  Originally, they were under a pseudonym account with the email address [redacted]  That email STILL receives notifications upon member requests and activities, but Facebook closed it as they deemed it to be a "grey" account.  All groups have my business billboard as the banner ad.  All of these groups were under the admin of the same account to the same IP address as my personal account.  I used the pseudonym account the same as I use my company account, as a means of separating myself from my business should a member be upset that they were deleted for foul language, prohibited items, etc.  My [redacted] account is still temporarily suspended, which means it can be reactivated, or the groups admin position be moved to my personal account, [redacted]  I currently employ 2 full time staff members to monitor the groups on my behalf.  We do all of the work Facebook should be doing at no cost to Facebook, I pay all wages for labor.  I am asking the account be reactivated for a time for me to move admin status to my personal account, or that my personal account is given admin status of these groups.  I have sent over my personal id (as requested), made approximately 20 inquiries for assistance (without any assistance given), given ample amounts of proof showing I am the correct admin, and have received no form of customer service from Facebook upon this matter.
