Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Facebook people keep sending me the same link to the same page to reset my password and I keep telling people there that the reset page does not recognize my email or my phone number (even though they are the same email and same phone number that appear on my Facebook page.)
 
This is negatively affecting my business and Facebook has continue to respond with exactly the same suggestions every time.
 
I am left with no choice but to go to my attorney and escalate the issue.
 
I am very unhappy with Facebooks almost "robotic" reply to my complaints that I cant reset my password and the links and direction they keep sending me DOES NOT WORK!

Respond to requests on your website appropriately, and in a timely manner, so others do not not have to utilize the Revdex.com to rectify this type of issue.
