exactly the same message last time, it's a copy paste...
Same person, Eliot, that never, ever, sent me an email nor fixed the issue in the last 3 months.
Can I get at least a direct confirmation email from Facebook, that would gave me a contact I can email back in case they "accidentally" forget to adress my issue?
I can understand that the Revdex.com is receiving a lot of complaints directed to them, but this is a really serious inquiry that I can't solve myself, the best would be to have a phone contact with them

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I hace tried submitting all type and forms of ID and tried all the forms on links provided. I did this before I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Trying to set this aside I had created antoher account under [redacted]. This account was also disabled due to security reasons. This is very frustrating. I need my accounts activated to delete them and only use 1 as I need facebook for my business purposes and personal apps I normally use that require a facebook account. It has been more than 30 days and this issue has not been resolved. I need someone from facebook to contact me or activate my accounts immediately as these accounts all belong to me and I have not violated any terms and conditions from facebook nor they are being used in a fraudulent manner.
Again please keep in mind that my full name is [redacted]. Everyone knows me as [redacted] is short for[redacted]. All security documents such as my debit card showing my full name with the account # scratched off, Picture ID, W2, and recent pay stub was submitted to facebook over 15 times to their links provided. They have all the forms of verification for me to access my accounts.
My accounts are as follows:
1) [redacted] (Original Account) under [redacted]
2) [redacted] (was created after my 1st account was diabled and disactivated for security reasons) under [redacted]
3) [redacted] (was created today in order to access my apps as this is taking too long to get resolvbed and now again disabled) under [redacted]
My account still is pending and disactivated. I need this resolved, please have them contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Need someone from facebook to take care of this issue directly once and for all.

I am rejecting this response because: I think that your company is trying to "buy time" by sending on a wild goose chase to get documents. You should know already if the money was credited as that would show up in your accounting books. Also, getting documents in five days time takes time so I feel like you are counting on my not being able to get them back in time. I will sue Facebook over this $200.00.
