I am telling you my issue towards Facebook, and you guys dont seem to be solving my problem.... The help center is something else, it helps you with useless questions I don't have..... Besides if you hadn't blocked my Facebook I probably could access to the help center, but since you guys don't even give me option of doing anything because you blocked me automatically from it I cant do anything..... And besides haven't responded to my ID for months ready, so that's the problem too....

I am rejecting this response because: I’m sorry. I’m trying not to get frustrated but you just stated in the last message that the email was sent to “[redacted]” ...that email is NO LONGER IN USE. The email attached and used to log into my Facebook account is “[redacted]”. I’m not quite understanding how this is becoming a major problem.

My request was very clear, and the response was not adequate to resolve the issues. I cannot search the facebook site with an unfiltered search. The search systems provided do not find all of the instances of my name since I can perform a search with other people's accounts and I get different results, and the offending information is hidden from being viewed by my own account. I need a way to search without filters to determine what has been written about me. I keep finding posts that include my name and information about me that does not appear on my searches. I NEED A WAY TO SEARCH FOR POSTS ABOUT ME AND A WAY TO BE ALERTED WHEN NEW POSTS ABOUT ME ARE POSTED. Sincerely,[redacted]
