Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have alteady pursued each of these measures several times at Facebook's Help Center to no avail, as I outlined clearly in my original complaint to the Revdex.com. Additionally, as I have also already disclosed, I have attempted to contact Facebook when following their instructions failed. I have, as of yesterday, submitted government identification, at the prompting of the Revdex.com. I will state one last time that the only response from Facebook in the many months that I have undertaken their Help Center measures is this: a re-direct to a FB error message that says, "Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on a solution." In light of all the above, I will only be satisfied with this matter by direct contact via email or phone call from a Facebook representative and the quick restoration of access to my account. This includes NO more redirecting me to use their Help Center, as six months of doing so results in only the above message. Much of my personal information is being held by this company, and clearly not handled carefully enough, as I have not done anything to warrant being somehow barred from my own account without notice or explanation. This is a violation of trust and privacy that requires personal and professional remediation. Please note that I will be traveling now through September 25.

I am rejecting this response because:The response claims that the solution to the issue can be found by reading facebook's "Help Files" and provides a link to them. The help files suggested do not address the problem, which is why it has become a serious complaint in the first place. Further, the business, facebook, refuses to contact me and refuses to provide me with any means to contact them and further explain the issue. As a result, I am being victimized by an identity thief and facebook is protecting the thief's usage of their service to further the crime. Facebook's refusal to address the issue of an identity thief leveraging their service to commit a crime is most certainly an action that merits complaint to the Revdex.com. The problem could be easily solved and in refusing to address it, facebook is complicit in the identity theft that is taking place. If no action is taken, I have no other recourse than to contact the United States District Attorney.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not say anything other than blah, blah, blah. They did not admit blame. They did not say they would give me a refund for advertising that I never wanted to pay for to begin with. And they still have not taken down a website when I am no longer an Agent at [redacted]. Can I have a free phone contact number where I can speak to someone working at facebook so we can resolve this issue. I need to be able to have my URL on my pages and facebook is preventing it. I am rejecting this response because:This response only serves to educate on how to recover an account. My complaint is based on the fact that my account keeps getting locked and I'm constantly being asked to upload a photo of myself. That is what I'm trying to stop. I can login to my account just fine, that is when Facebook doesn't lock my account or constantly ask for me to upload a picture of myself.
