I am rejecting this response because:I've tried multiple times to report it as previously stated and your team refuse to take it down. How would you like it if someone was telling the world that you stole your child and wasn't his real dad?

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because it, once again, does not address the refund incurred by the inconvenience. Furthermore, thousands of spam likes is not exactly a hack, we have control over the page but have no control over spam likes. We see that most of the spam likes have been cleared (through the helpful interference of FB official Mr. [redacted]) so now we need to sort out the refund. The service which we paid for was interrupted because of these spam likes so we'll need the requested refund. As stated earlier, the account is inactive so refer to the previous correspondence to issue the refund for $[redacted] Account # [redacted] . [redacted]

I have all the info email and phone but Facebook removed my phone and since I set up a 2 step verification with my phone I can't ever receive the SMS text.  I have already gone to the help center and there is nothing I can do unless Facebook adds my phone number back to the account.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still feel it was completely unacceptable that it took this amount of time to inform me of the issue. I also think it was unacceptable that Facebook charged me any amount for advertising. If someone violates a policy, they should inform them of that when they take action and if they are charging someone for a service, provide a method of contact. Facebook does not deserve a good rating from the Revdex.com as it is not A+ service to leave someone waiting 19 days to know why their ads/page was cancelled. I apologize for violating a policy. I created a separate account because I followed a video tutorial I found online for creating business pages that recommended doing it. Perhaps Facebook should consider providing email/chat customer service to ask questions (if this exists it is not easily found) or creating their own video tutorials for those creating business pages.Sincerely, [redacted]
