I have never been prompted by Facebook to submit identification, not have I, upon my many attempts to log in to my account and also access account retrieval via FB Help Center, received any other message than this, "Sorry, something is not right. We are working on it...."  
My government...

issued id's are attached (current passport and drivers license).
It is possible that an older email that I rarely use (and I also rarely used Facebook) is associated with that account. All of these accounts are under my Google account.

Hi [redacted] thank you so much for responding I,m sorry I had to go through this forum to get in touch but I have tried for 6 weeks to get to Facebook through your help desk and had no luck an found information online that said this was a way to get in touch .Again sorry 
I have recently taken over a business and the previous owners son has control of the Facebook page as admin he has changed the business contact details and has posted so far one post with negative affects on the business although he has said he will do more damage he used to be the manager of the business and was removed by his father and is [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I did provide my ID twice, but it's not the ID that you have in your books, since the owner of the business has changed since then and that I can provide legal papers for it that you keep on rejecting since you are only waiting for a precise ID. For the record, I lareday the same explanation more than three times for this complaint... Can a real person with knowledge on how to proceed contact me back as suggested by you in your previous anser? It would really help not to be answered by robots or with formatted answers that I already received several times and that don't solve the problem or even help us progress in any way. Thanks.

I am sure this is not going to work as I have already tried to do so many times.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the response is generic and exactly what I had to go through to get my hacked account removed in the first place.  Facebook has since removed my hacked account (since my Revdex.com complaint)but the effort to have the account removed was tremendous.  I hope that Facebook realizes that this auto email response is not a one size fit all approach to alleviating hacked account situations.Sincerely,[redacted]
