I do not need to retrieve my account, nor reset my password (as suggested) since you decided to lock said account - for reasons this case has been opened with Revdex.com in the first place.
Perhaps reading the actual complaint might give you some pointers, which should hopefully help you with understanding the case in order to provide actual answers versus scripted cut/paste pieces of advice.

I am not sure why my personal page is relevant. The issue regards a business page and I am not comfortable with connecting personal information for Facebook to retaliate in the future. I am not particularly inclined to trust a business that condones the practices I am reporting not to partake in...

other problematic procedures with my personal information. While I am aware that my contact information and name are listed on the complaint (I assume), I want to expressly state that my personal participation with the company (Facebook) is not in question and should not need to be included in the complaint file.

If FB didn't feel that action was possible to take as it pertained to this issue....then why did [redacted] request that I send the URL and offer to assist me initially. I sent over the URL to both profiles...because as I expressed during my initial email, I have gone thru all proper channels including the Helpdesk and was offered a generic and automated response that they appreciated my feedback but nothing could be done. If technical issues cant be addressed or the fact that this is a service that FB claimed to offer its members, yet it appears that this option isnt offered to all members...but to a select few. I have requested that facebook would please in good faith repair this issue because it has affected my business and marketing and promotions have been done to promote this interview with a celebrity. Im sending the URL again, that [redacted] initially requested. [redacted]
Please go thru the previous correspondance to see the initial messages from [redacted]. I would appreciate if FB would honor what was initially mentioned.

I would like all my pictures on facebook.  I cannot get into my account and its wanting me to input 3 codes from my friends.  One friend has a code,  but the other 2 cannot access their Facebook accounts.  It will not allow me to use my email nor phone number I have on file with Facebook.  My pictures are very important to me. There was never any attempts by Facebook to contact me or to check the request with me. Facebook service answers me always the same automated message: prove your ID.
The account was created with an [redacted] ID "[redacted]", and I just didn't knew Facebook policy about that, so there's no ID at all for the account.
Now they suggested me to create a new page, what I did.
Result? There are 2 identical pages on Facebook about my e-commerce, and I cannot access to the oldest that had collected all my likes.
I need to merge these two pages, that's not legal for Facebook to allow a page about my e-commerce that's own by nobody, and will confound both Facebook users and my customers.Sincerely,[redacted]
