Brickhouse security is ridiculously expensive, for the most part, the gps tracking services that comes with a tracker purchased from them is reliable with good customer service, if it’s worth it to you then so be it, all of the things they sell or most of can be found for half the price if not more, it’s seems that maybe this company uses the big business loud advertising tactic to make one think your getting a better product when your not

I purchased an EON GPS tracker from *** on September **, for approximately $ The device was received and worked fine once activated I used the device on a tractor at my farm I subsequently moved away from the farm and when I called Brickhouse they said it was fine to deactivate the device and discontinue the monthly service fee They said I need to simply call back when I'm ready to reactive the tracking service I recently returned to the farm and called to reactivate GPS service The device still charges and seems to function fine but requires them to reactivate the GPS monitoring They said they no longer activate this device and I need to buy a new device since they've transitioned from *** to *** When I questioned this they put me on hold for over minutes Someone eventually returned on the line and said they'd give me a 10% discount off of a new $device I pointed out that the SIM card was designed to be replaceable in the d
