I purchased a hidden body camera from this company and carefully reviewed the accessories that came with the camera The camera as advertised came with standard accessories and for a limited time; they were offering an EXTRA
BATTERY, BATTERY CHARGER AND WIDE ANGLE CAMERA LENS Upon arrival of my delivery, all three extra items were not included I contacted customer service multiple times for almost a week and no one would respond; finally days later I called again and was able to reach someone in customer care The excuse was that we ran out of the items, if the items was sent to meI asked for a partial refund and was denied by the agent and his supervisorThis is advertising as I made a decision to buy this asset based on what was included in the advertised item I would hesitate to do business with this company due to its lack of its ethics and integrity The company changed the add and removed the items from the ad the next business day after I complained

I have had a business relationship with Brickhouse for some time now and they have not disappointed me at any levelOnce again I was totally satisfied with the way my tech issues were taken care and how professionally Shaneek Williams was through the whole processVery well run company

I ordered a device from Brickhouse on August **,The package was said to have been delivered to my home via *** on 9/*/I never received the packageI called ***, and they advised that I would need to call Brickhouse and have them file a claim for the missing packageI called Brickhouse right away and advised them and they filed the claim for the missing package with *** I was refunded the service fee for the device from Brickhouse right away, on 9/**/I have been calling weekly since 9/*/trying to get a status update on the refund for the device itselfI am told by the customer service representative that they are waiting for *** to respond

This company had terrible customer serviceMost of the people couldn't speak proper English and I couldnt understand themThe product and the service failed so I was FORCED to go elsewhere and purchase another GPS UNIT for $I want to be reambursed for the unitI sent it back and they returned HALF the unit!!! Very bad company! Let the buyer beware!!!

Brickhouse has touted their recent transfer of the GPS trackers to the Verizon network and stated it will provide better coverage as Verizon has the best networkWell that maybe but, what good is it if when a customer receives their "Activated" device but, then have to wait 24hrs for it to begin tracking? I had the nanoon the *** network and it worked right out of the boxSo, brickhouse why not the Nano5? This is a backward step in my opinion! Brickhouse advertise these devices as pre-activated but, that's not the reality if it was their devices would work out the box after being charged! As a technology professional I know that the company can easily fix this but, for some reason they have chosen not to do soHow? These devices are no different from a cell phone in how they operate on the cellular networkSo, a simple call to Verizon to say hey I would like to active this device on your network here is the MEID:#! Then ship the device to the customer! If you do that then you can claim the device comes activated!
