Always have had very excellent customer service

I have utilized Brickhouse Security tech support several timesMost of the products are made in China and uploading software to make them work can be sometimes be a tricky processI have received excellent service from tech support and have always been able to resolve the issue and be up in running in a very brief time

Arvi was very patient with me and help me to understand how to set up cameras,work with the tools and how to understand certain terminology he was very helpful

My order was processed very quickly and I received my merchandise within a few daysThe product Seems well madeHowever, maybe, someone within the Quality Control Depthshould have, at least, attempted to read the instruction manualI give the manual a score of only because the manufacturer spent the cents to include itI will follow up with product review shortlyThis body camera is a gift for my "LE" wife

I ordered an Ovi clock camera and it has LED issues right out of the boxThe customer service emailed me the return shipping label and a replacement camera the same dayI received the replacement a couple business days later and the camera is working great!
