bought an inexpensive clock camera Had problem with dropping out After a year, customer service replaced clock after trying repeatedly to get it to work via phone conversations Tremendously pleased with product and more importantly, the customer service provided on an inexpensive item I will buy again from Brickhouse with this knowledge of customer service

I had in the past purchased something from BrickHouse Security and they had my credit card information from that transaction on file After reviewing my bank statements I realized BrickHouse was debiting my account every month for the last months for $ I immediately contacted BrickHouse and spoke with Charlie R***, that was on April **, Charlie R*** stated that those charges were from a GPS Tracking device I told Charlie R*** I did not own nor have I ever owned a GPS Tracking device Charlie R*** then stated that she was going to send me the invoice that showed I had purchased a GPS tracking device on April ***, The invoice that was sent to me had the name of *** *** that lives at *** *** *** *** *, *** *** ** *** I was still on the phone with Charlie R*** when the email came through and told her that is not me I have never even visited California in my life and my name is not *** *einsteinI then told her that these monthly ch
