Dear MsHill,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe appreciate the opportunity to re-address our customer’s concerns
When our customers opt to cancel their Vehicle Service Contract (VSC), administered by Aeverex, the refund amount is dependent on the date of cancellation and mileage on the vehicle at time of cancellationIf our customer’s VSC has not expired by time or mileage, the refund owed to our customers is proratedAeverex will deduct from the total cost of the VSC for every mile driven since time of saleIn addition, Aeverex will deduct any cancellations fees, as applicableAny remaining refund will be applied towards our customer’s principal balanceIf the loan has been paid in full, DriveTime will send our customer a refund check to their address on file
Similarly, when our customers opt to cancel their GAP coverage, the refund amount is prorated at time of cancellation
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this matter may have causedIf our customer has any additional questions or concerns, we encourage her to contact our Customer Relations department for further assistance

I have a auto loan through BridgecrestI made a payment last week Wednesday, and another last FridayThis morning I received a text that my payment was rejected for non-sufficent fundsI checked my bank account to find the money was still thereChecked with my bank and the payment has not been submittedI went to the Bridgecrest site (logged into my account with them) to find I was being charged a $non-sufficent fund feeCalled their customer service to ask what account did they try to pull from, and why I was charged the feeEventually asked for a supervisor, who stated they could not view payments made online (free service), but she could take a payment over the phone ($3.95), which would include the $feeI asked if I could email a screenshot of my accountThey don't accept screen shotsMade the payment+$fee with no guarantee the the $would be credited This is the 2nd time Bridgecrest has "claimed" to have attempted to pull a payment when nothing showed they actually had done so! Also, the 2nd time being "pressured" into making a "late", but not late payment with $fee I should not have been charged! My intention is at first chance refinance this loan and NEVER deal with Bridgecrest EVER again!

This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced!!!! They care nothing about their customers livelihoods or well beingI will post on every website I possible can to stop anyone from wasting their money or time with a company who cares nothing about the people keeping them employed

THIS IS A SERIOUS SCAM!!! I cannot believe that this place is in businessI found out how much interest that my child was paying on her car and I flippedShe Called the customer service so that I CAN PAY OFF HER CAR LOAN, and I was told that they can only accept payments of 1,or lessWhat kind of sense does that make? They dont finance cars for only 1,000.00, so why would that be the maxthat they can accept at one time? I know they just want more interest to buildSo then I had to make DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS AND THEY CHARGE OVER DOLLARS FOR EACH TRANSACTION.!!!!! WHAT!!??? Otherwise I had to send the payment in the mail to some place with a suite #HUH? I refused to give them one more day to charge interest, so I GLADLY paid the $to get it done over the phone If you need a vehicle (like my daughter did) PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACETake a bus for a while or even uber, but you will regret dealing with place My daughter paid on her car for a year and only paid it down a thousand dollarsShe even paid extra most monthsThat gives you an idea of how high her interest was PLEASE WATCH OUTDRIVE TIME PREYS ON PEOPLE WHO NEED A VEHICLEIf at all possible please waityou will be glad you did
I tell anyone who mentions needing a car, to stay away from this place AND drive time

Past few weeks we've made our payments online because it's free Over the phone payment is almost 4$Anyways my husband and I got a car there in March rightNot only did the transmission have a recall from Ford we didn't have the car for less than days and than it was in the Ford dealership for weeks weeksWe called drive time and told them and they couldn't do anything about it Yet it was still under the warrantyWouldn't waive our first payment even tho it was in the shop for 2-weeks Back to the paymentsWe made payments the last times I the first time we got a text and email stating they received the payment and thank youYet our account got a reversal payment and our account ( bank account was over drafted.) I thought maybe I calculated things wrongSo second time we did the online banking again cause it's freeThis time I made sure we had 8$ left in the account after the time of transactionsOnce again it said thank you for your transaction we have received your money I checked my bank account a couple days later and it was over draftedOnce again and they had made a payment reversal even tho I had money in my accountWhich btw also put me in the negativeEven have the bank statement to prove we had the fundsThan they harassed my husband about it Finally he put me on the bill with him so I can handle it before he can't deal with it nomore
The representative named love made an agreement with me about making the regular payment and then each week paying a little extra to get caught up so we dont lose the carMy husband works and goes to school and we have children so we can't afford to lose it Anyways they harassed us just this past weekendTold us we needed to make the payment by card ( even tho I couldn't afford the extra 4$) She was rude and inconsiderate and a total wench
It's not my fault you guys have been taking my payments and than reversing it for what reasons idkIf you guys looked at my account you'd see that up until the last weeks wed been paying on time or close to itNever miss a payment
If we have to weve called you and explainedDoing it online may be free but it is a scam
They will pretty much reverse your payment I even recalculate everything that statement to make sure I didn't over calculate something in the accountMy husband even looked it over snd nothing was wrongShould of had 8$ left in the account yet we were over drawn my 35$Than expected us to pay again even after I never got my full amount of money backone last thing when we went and got our car they told my heart it was to put downAfter he filled out paperwork they than upped it to 1500$because he was a previous customerYet they couldn't tell him before that??? RidiculousNever will I recommend this placeOnly reason we used it was because we were desperate at the timeAnd now it's a hassleNoone will touch our car because it's 25% equity Our car was sold at an auction for 7grand yet with this company were gonna be paying for a car not worth itWhat a rip off
