42nd St Photo cheated and lied . They said the camera they sold to me is a USA model:Attached is the photo of the camera box I received with the camera, showing the camera model, body and serial number. The number [redacted] is the code for the Japanese model intended for the Japanese market, the marking/box descriptions are all in Japanese. One can go to [redacted] and look at the box of a Canon USA 6D camera: the box are printed in English ! , the product code is different ( [redacted] for camera body only or [redacted] for camera + lens bundle)They'll charge 20% restocking fee (~$280) if I return the camera . They offered me a free battery & memory card but I refused and wanted the $200.99 extra they charged me for the USA model refund to me since the camera is not a USA model. They lied again when they wrote I received the free battery & memory card (I don't think they sent them since I do not receive anything from them).Anyway I filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. I would like the Revdex.com to post the entire complain publicly so others can see their business practices.

Unfortunately despite the fact that the business had stated several times that they have issued me a full refund, such refund never came through to my bank. I checked with Chase several times and they are not seeing it. Other businesses are issuing refunds (such as Amazon for something I returned) and I am seeing that as a pending charge online immediately the same day.It's been 8 days since I was told the refund had been issued, yet no refund.I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
