I talked with Jonathan and he offered me a $50.00 refund and a camera case.  I am still not happy with the fact that he doesn't see the problem with their website not stating import model or anything, he simply did it to make me resolve this issue.  When we were about to end our conversation he told me to be sure to go on here and note that it has been resolved.  They are still frauds!!!

42nd Street Photo called me and insisted that the camera that they sent me is a USA model, he offered me a battery to withdraw my complaint .  I told him that I don't want the battery, I want my $200 that they charged extra for the USA model since the model I got is a Japanese model for the Japanese market.  He said he can't refund any of that extra money and keep saying the camera I got is USA model .  I don't want to waste more of my time arguing...   Anyway lesson learned, buyer beware of their bait and switch tactic, and of their 20% restocking fee policy  !
