I am rejecting this response because: The owner sent one of his employee to my house in December 2016 to collect a...

partial payment. I showed him the pond and he said he would come back with the response from the office. He never comes back. The second guy came in February 2017. The same thing happened as I report in my first complaint. This company is dishonest and making lies.

I am rejecting this response because: Project not complete, see attached, The gutters that were installed are not set properly. Existing gutters not replaced, see attached photos.
