the time being. However, this is the fourth time that I "opted out" and I still receive their emails. Therefore, I will open a new complaint next time I receive an email from them. Only time will tell.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I sent an email to you to withdraw complaint  because with magazine charge,my bank provided me a number with charge come to find out it was finishline who sign me up for magazine without my knowledge and charged me for it. I had ordered.online with them so when magazines started coming I thought they were coming from [redacted] magazines im truly sorry and withdraw my complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: I have already received their confirmation once before, waited 6-10 weeks, and NEVER received the subscription.  I have heard this all before!  I will consider this complaint resolved IF I receive the subscription 6-10 weeks from now.

However, I am requesting that my information be removed from all of their databases. If I get bill for any of the subscriptions, please note that I will not pay for it because I did not subscribe to them and is not responsible for the payments. M2 Media Group, LLC will be responsible for ALL payments for subscriptions. I hope that this puts an end to it and I will not be receiving any unwanted magazines without my knowledge.
