This is to reiterate the issueLast year around May 2015, (I don't remember the exact date) I started
to receive [redacted] magazine that I never orderedI think this is a bonus
gift when I ordered some items from [redacted]If [redacted] is offering a free gift
they should let the customer know so there are no surprisesSince I never
subscribed, I want to cancel the subscriptionI tried to call the ** customer
service several times and since it's automated no human being to talk to
regarding the issueFinally, when I got someone, I was told to call Mand as
expected nobody answered the phone, it's also automatedThe recording says to
go to [redacted] to cancel the subscription, but it did not workI
looked at their website to see if there are other instructions for cancellation and found itTo cancel the subscription is by writing to MMedia
Group which I did. I requested Mto cancel my subscription that I
never subscribedPer the response of Revdex.com dated January 14, my request will be cancelledI hope I will never receive more copies
of SI or any magazine in the future.

Good morning, I received a message that my complaint was closed.  I'm wondering why this was the case.  The last message the company sent me stated they needed my information to proceed further. I do see the terms to obtain a rebate have been updated on [redacted] website so hopefully will help avoid other consumers confusion in submitting a refund request.  Thank you for your help in resolving.

I am rejecting this response because: it cancels this [redacted] magazine but it does not take care of the continuing problem.  It does not say that M2 Media Group will stop sending me unwanted paper magazine subscriptions in the future which are "included as bonus offers" with future purchases from various websites.  That fact that the subscription is free, is a mute point, it is a waste of paper so there is a cost to the environment.  I want to be placed on a "do not send" list for any future magazines through their M2 Media Group Company.  This is a waste of my time and the Revdex.com's time to have to go through this process to cancel a magazine that was unwanted in the first place.  I don't understand why a consumer should be forced to receive an unwanted product, because it is free.

I previously reported this company to you on 7/2/17, #12240855. My case was closed because M2Media supposedly agreed not to contact me further with unsolicited magazines. Today I received another magazine in the mail with the same account number as all the magazines as before. I WANT THIS STOPPED.

I am rejecting this response because:
I started a subscription in November 2014.  The one year renewal applied in July 2015, BEFORE my one year subscription already paid for was up.  I called regarding this in August 2015. My one year subscription would not be up until my issue ONE YEAR LATER on October 2015.  I never finished my INITIAL subscription. I should not be charged a prorated fee for a renewal if I never even received all of my subscriptions from my initial subscription.
