My experience with Empire was positive every step of the wayThe sales rep came to the house and reviewed the products with my wife and me even though we were in the middle of a large renovation project and our living room and bedrooms were in disarray with paint and tools everywhere and kitchen appliances staged in the living room
The best part for us was Empire's patience and understanding when our renovations took far longer than expected and we needed to change the installation date several times
The carpet was installed last Friday and the workers came in and made quick work of it and were done far earlier than I expectedWe were pleased with every aspect of the process

I've had two installs with Empire Today One was with carpet & one with flooring & I have been very pleased with the results from start to finish Everyone I dealt with was
very helpful & considerate of myself & my house I would definitely use them again

I spent over 5k with this company carpeting my entire houseNow the seams are staring to fray, in one room extremely badI had a third party inspector come out and said the installer didn't install the carpet properly and didn't use correct seamsEmpire only has a one year installation warranty, even though it was their installers that did the jobThey only care about sales not service and the people could care less about my issue and told me I would have to pay them to repair itI would avoid this company at all cost and use a local company that knows how to properly install carpet and flooring and stands behind their work!

Completly satisfied with Empire from making / keeping appointment to completion of installationThere was a minor problem at installation in that the warehouse did not provide the right amount of carpet to the installersThey obtained the right quanity and were back in less than hours and completed the jobThey were professional, neat and pleasant

Empire Today did a wonderful job installing laminate floors in my home They are beautiful and the sales and installation managers for the job did an excellent job The flooring was installed in two days in my formal living and dining room, my den, my kitchen and dinette and my master bedroom They did an excellent job, were highly professional and protected my home and furniture - they did it in two days, were very organized and I loved my experience I will be recommending them to all of my friends!

I had a sales appointment set up twice with this company and they did not show up either timeSo I wasted Saturday mornings on these peopleVery disappointed! Never again!

Our experience with Empire Today from start to finish was wonderful!
Booking our in home visit was a breeze, sales repwas attentive to our specific need and our budget, thoroughly explaining quality, warrantee etc
Installers were careful, precise, clean, respectful..they did a beautiful job!
In a heartbeat I would recommend Empire Today!

On 08/13/I had a sales rep coming to measure my carpet in the house to replace rooms and closetsAfter choosing the carpet and agreeing for the price, we signed an agreement to have the install on 09/06/On 09/04/I received a confirmation email stating that my install date is all set for 09/On 09/at 8:41am I received another email stating my install date is now 09/No one called, no one advised and no one checked if this will be ok with me! I called and asked why was it changed and no one could give me any good explanationI had to cancel another day of work in order to be here for a 2nd install day
On 09/installers came in and started workinghours into their work they tell me that they think they dont have enough carpet left for the master closet and asked if the sales rep measured itI showed the agreement which clearly states all rooms and closets where measured and includedNow, I do not know if I will have to loose yet another day as I am waiting for a call from someone
I will not recommend or will be using them in the future and need someone to compensate me for the lost time at work and the aggravationI have reached out to the company to find out what will they do, and all they offered is $refund, thats not covering the gas to my workI was told someone will contact me about it but havent heard a thing

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Empire Sales Representative who came to our house and showed us a few samples of laminate wood flooring He was very informative and helpful We chose what we wanted and everything was done right on time The installation team was very good, on time and very helpful answering questions I was very impressed with the total service Empire gave to us

Very dissatisfied with Empire's workThey had someone come to my house to put my tiles that didn't even speak EnglishI don't even think he worked for the companyI think they hired a contractor that had someone else come do the workMy floor is not leveled and there are squeaking underneath some parts of the tiles

We decided to give Empire Today our business installing new carpet in our basementI called them on Thursday 3/12/and they sent out a salesman the same day, which was greatWe liked our salesman and the deal he put together for us and decided to move forward with the purchase on 3/18/
We scheduled the installation for the following week on 3/26/That is when the things fell apartEmpire called to confirm the appointment on Wednesday 3/25/and said the installer would call me the next morning to confirm a timeNo one called by 11am so I callled customer service and they told me they did not have enough carpet for my job so they had to reschedule...BUT no one had called to let me know that
So we worked out a discount on the job to continue moving forward and reschedule for the following week on 4/1/They called to confirm the appointment a couple times, including the night before on 3/31/The next morning the installer called at 7am and said he would be there at 9amThen minutes later called back to say they did not have enough carpet ...AGAIN...at the warehouse to complete my
I am DONE with EmpireI cancelled the order and requested my $deposit back and will be lucky to see that anytime soon I am sureI highly recommend to stay away from this companyBig waste of time

I recommend the carpet from this company because of the great experience I hadI had my entire home carpeted and and am very happy with the plush carpetSalesman was excellent and brought plenty of carpet samplesThe installation team did a very professional job and respectfully moved everything and set it back up in the same position all the furniture was originally in

On 3/9/I had Empire install new carpeting and laminate flooring at a cost of $8,( it had to be rescheduled from 3/7/16)In May the laminate started "peaking", and Empire Installation was called and came out on 6/27/and needed to reschedule due to lack of partsNo one called so I called and scheduled for 7/7/16, no one came so I called and was told to reschedule for 7/8/I'm holding my breathI indicated to Empire personnel that I am and have difficulty walking, tripping over the "peaking" quite a few times

We have had scheduled appointments for carpet installed with EmpireThe first one came on the scheduled day of install but missing an entire room of carpeting
The second time which is today, a call from empire was received at 9:telling me the appointment was cancelled
This is after confirmations on the day of install, the last being minutes prior to the cancellation call
We had the room ready for the installWe removed all things in the master bedroom and now we have to wait a week for the next install day
The thing that we are concerned about is:
this is not the 1st time this happened, the re was no remorse in the cancellationI tried to call the general manager, Rex without successI have made calls and left voice mails with no response

I am VERY satisfied with my service from EmpireThe sales person was informed, answered all my questions, and the Installation team they sent were FabulousPolite, Friendly, and explained all the steps, and got the job donethey even showed up earlier then scheduled

Empire Today was fantastic from the first callThe scheduler was able to fit appointments perfectly into our schedule and reschedule twice due to issues with the closing on our home
The sales rep was extremely professional, arrived on time, and even gave a courtesy call when he was minutes awayHe knew our limited schedule for installation (which was about days) and worked diligently to make sure we would have a quality product that could be installed within that time frame He did not set unreasonable expectations, told us the installers would be there around pm the day of installation, and they actually showed up around 11:am which could not have worked out better
The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, completed the job well within the quoted time frame, and did an excellent jobThey even worked around an issue we had with pet stains in one of the bedrooms
Overall I was extremely happy with choosing Empire Today and would highly recommend them to family and friends

I live in Moreno Valley CA and just had 2000+ sqft of new carpet installed by EmpireI absolutely love it! The installers really knew what they were doing and worked around my laminate floors already installedThe carpet has geometric patterns and the were careful to get all the lines and patterns straightMy sales appointment and representative was excellentBe aware you can negotiate the prices, I didn't know that at firstAlso, you don't get to keep any samples, so if you need colors or info to continue with decorating, take pictures of themOverall a great experience!
