Just spent the last WEEK waiting on approval from Capital Alliance only to be floored by their terms and conditions The amount approved is less than an open balance available on just ONE of my credit cards Then they tell me after daily payments drawn ACH from my business account, mind you money they have approved for my business expansion they are now taking back plus interest due they will re evaluate to see if I would be approved for more money just to up the daily amount withdrawal OK here is the kicker, they wanted me to pay them 35% interest rate on that month loan I nearly joked as a gasp for air, you would think my credit rate was in the 400, I had a prior BK, and I had judgments OMG after first asking several times what the terms and conditions are APPROX, and exposing my financial information they offer that rate I was insulted beyond words as I look fabulous both on paper and in person, lol It's a sad day when business get away with such ** Buyer truly beware if I was quoted 35% with average credit score, on time payments, no judgments, no BK, defaults, just think what rate they will charge you

This business (Capital Alliance) sends out advertisements about loaning business money and will not take you off of their mailing lists no matter who many times you contact them I have called them at least three times upon receiving the first few ads and asked to be removed from their lists to no avail After about the third ad I emailed the enclosed ad asking them again to take us off their mailing list and again was ignored I received another one this week and am now following through with this complaint Besides a waste of their money for mailing them it is an invasion of my privacy to have to deal with this garbage

Applied for a loan and was funded in less than business days The process was painless and has fulfilled my needsThere were no surprises or hidden fees what so everWill be back and will refer Capital Alliance to others
