Complaint

I received a "check" in the mail from Alliance Capital with an amount of $250,000. This sort of advertising is deceptive and misleading and most probably a scam. No business capital firm would loan my business anywhere near that amount. I do not appreciate this crap in my mailbox and wish for the...

senders to cease and desist sending me anything like this again. I would not ever do business with a company that mails out this kind of bait advertising. I am on the Federal Trade Commissions Opt Out list, so these people are also breaking the law sending out this "Pre-Approved" "offer". I also notice several other complaints about this company on the Revdex.com website and other places online, but still the Revdex.com has them as an A+ rating. This fact causes me great concern as to the validity of the Revdex.com's rating system. Is this company paying the Revdex.com for this excellent rating? By participating in this type of advertising, it would seem that the company is not legitimate. The Revdex.com is doing itself a grave disservice providing a high rating for Alliance Capital.

This business should explain their business practices.  After an interview with the company, they repeatedly called and sent emails asking me to apply for a business loan.  As soon as they got my business EIN and other very confidential information, they sent a blank email with a subject "Denied." and all phone calls stopped.  However, after my Revdex.com complaint I've received 2 more emails asking for my confidential business information again.  They should be investigated to see what they are doing with this "confidential" information and why they don't respond like normal lending institutions with a formal letter or phone call to explain their decision making process.  This comes across as a phishing scam and should be thoroughly investigated.

When I first called Capital Alliance I spoke with Robert Lawson. He was great, but I was really skeptical about moving forward because of the online reviews. action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.It is unbelievable to me that the Revdex.com would award this business an A+ rating considering the predatory and fraudulent style of advertising they are sending out.  Not to mention the illegal unsolicited mail and cold calling they are doing.  There are many more online complaints against this company and their practices, perhaps the Revdex.com should open an inquiry as to who they are representing as a legitimate business.

This number is not correct either… If it is this easy to remove numbers from the database, then why have I been receiving calls for months regardless of talking directly to employees of the company about removing my number.
