for review. We would first like to ask for an apology to the customer for all the trouble she experienced with the work performed on the property. The work is a part of the program to move gas meters from the inside to the outside of our customers home, and associated with that is to cut off the gas while the work is being done for safety. Regarding the service restoration on the house, we have a report dated 12/04/2015 that the work was completed and the gas was fully restored on the property, if the gas is not working, we encourage the customer to contact Washington Gas so we can schedule a relight so we can arrange an appointment where someone would be there to let our technician inside to do the job completely; we made an attempt to get in touch with the customer and only got an option to leaving a message on her voicemail. The next thing that we would like to address is the mess that our technicians left at the outside of the property wherein the customer reported potholes in the form of sinkholes and large holes as described by the customer, the holes are already reported to the appropriate department for restoration. The credit the customer is requesting for the bills that covered May 2015(covers April 03 to May 04 of 2015) to December 2015 for a total of $92.36(shown on the table below) will be credited to the account; to compensate for the long periods of having no gas on the property, we will be crediting another $80 on the account for a total of $172.36.Regarding the customer’s issue with [redacted], water damage, and pipes that may have frozen, we encourage the customer to call our hotline so we can get the details and further assist with the situation.Gas billLate fees5/7/201516.33 6/8/201510.620.497/8/201510.620.168/6/201510.620.339/4/201510...⇄ inquiries and follow-up, the customer can reach us thru our customer service hotline at ###-###-####.Thank you for the opportunity to review this matter for you.Sincerely, Isaiah *. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I was already promised someone would reach out to me and after meeting with a rep from Washington Gas as well as a foreman for their subcontractor nothing happened. Promises were made and given the time of year (early January) I understood that it may take a bit to get me on the schedule and I was fine with that. Seeing as how we are in March now and I had to reactivate my complaint to be graced with a response from Washington Gas I will continue to reject all responses until they finally come through on what they've promised.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It is not on the customer when the company does not properly process a cancellation request. Even further, if no one was occupying and using the residence then there should not have been any usage to charge. I am current deployed on military service and filed the cancellation prior to deployment. Due to my deployment I have been unable to check my mail to ensure I was not continued to be billed and shortly after calling to cancel my service my account access online was disabled, again not allowing me to ensure proper cancellation. It was only after I received an email with a new account reference number that I was made aware of any issues. Because I was unable to access my cancelled online account and my automatic billing had stopped after my final payment I had to assume that the cancellation was properly processed. If it wasn't then why did you stop the automatic billing?

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I would like to keep this open and have the company respond top me giving a breakdown of the last payment I sent and the balance it went toward, please include all payment transaction info with date of the last payment I made to date. Once I review this I will be able to confirm if resolved.
