I have my health insurance thru *** (member ID=***), which requires me to get my prescription medication thru CVS/Caremark CVS/Caremark allows for mail order service where they are supposed to provide me with a day supply of a medication I received a script dated February from my Dr** for a day supply of *** (*** *** *** (base), which I was told by CVS to be canisters I mailed it in to their Pittsburgh PA address, and only got canisters back (Rx #***), and they charged me $ I called to complain, and they told me that they instituted a new rule on January 7, reducing the amount they ship for this medication I was never aware of and I was not notified of such a policy change, my policy being a month policy which began on July 1,

Prescriptions were ordered on 2/20/16, payment processed on customer end on 2/27/The prescriptions were sent to an old address, shipment denied by the new occupants, shipment returned via ***, and shipment was delivered to CVS on 3/2/at 9:a.m
The prescriptions have not been received by us/customerMultiple phone calls have been made to CVS CaremarkThere has been no resolution On 2/29/I was told the prescriptions were reshipping on 3/1/for overnight delivery and they did notOn 3/2/I was told they were reshipping for overnight delivery and they did not I then received a voice mail on 3/3/at approximately 2:p.mthat the prescription for *** was denied due to the item had already been shipped and there was delivery confirmationThen while I was on the phone with another CVS Caremark representative I received another voice mail at approximately 3:p.mthat the prescriptions were being sent out overnightThat voice mail said that ther

I filed to have a Rx filled at my local pharmacy and CVS had this RX cancelled and did not contact me to state they were not allowing my pharmacy to fill it and that CVS had to do it
My Pharmacy advised me of the situation and advised me that I had to contact CVS directlyI called the *** number and spoke with *** She told me that I had to have my pharmacy transfer the Rx over and that as long as it was done today (31Dec2015), it would be processed today and billed for before the 1st of the year
*** was contacted and I advised them of what I was told and they advised me that was NOT common practice and that CVS had to contact them to get the RxI called CVS back and spoke with a lady name *** ( not sure how it was spelled, sounds like ***)This woman had attitude with me f

If there was a possibility of giving them stars, I definitely would My husband ordered his prescriptions approximately week before running out It said that they were in transit, then the day they were to be delivered, it was undeliverable They had put the wrong address on his package, mind you, he had received the medications at our address multiple times before When he called, the basically called him a liar as to why it was undeliverable, even though they had put the wrong zip code on the package They then stated that they would overnight his medicines to him, not able to get bridge medication at the CVS in town So, today, the medicine should be delivered, and it's now in label production, not overnighted They stated that they still cannot call in a bridge prescription to CVS Their "conflict resolution" department is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!! They are useless!!!!!! There are *** *** medications that he's supposed to take daily!!!!! Apparently it's no big deal if he has a *** or *** ***!!! We are contemplating legal action at this point I'm a nurse and deal with a lot of mail order pharmacies and this is BY FAR the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered!

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. Correction again, all of the employees named in the original complaint informed ** ***, $dollars will be charged for any subsequent remainder of the day supply placed on file The order form does not inform customers that prescriptions cannot be ordered in a day supply from a day submitted prescription This would have saved the confusion and / or appearance of impropriety when you're being double billed

Every month, I await my blood pressure medication from CVS Specialty, and every month, they are lateInsurance issues ( and when I call my insurance company, they always say they authorized the meds)I am sick of this lack of professionalism and I want this series of issues corrected

Prescription sent to cvs mail order to address informed by customer service and cvs does not acknowledge receiving itCalled customer service and after a min call was told as email would be sent by the supervisor to the mail order service to track the order and I would receive a call back withe status wihhin a daydays later no contact or information was receivedCalled again and received the same answer today.the prescription in case is for a month supply of an expensive controlled medicationHad to request another prescription to the doctor and pick it up in person in the doctors officeWorst of all was to be made feel stupid for not mailing using a tracking numberAs if the usps was unreliable! They never lost my sent payment and even my vote is sent over the mail without issues

This is the company I am required to use for my prescription service through the state of Illinois I wanted to start getting my rx by mail because it would be cheaper My MD has been trying to get my prescription through by FAX they have other patients that go through this process It has taken over a month and only of my scripts is in the cvs system I am currently out of this med but I have not received the med Cvs Caremark will not authorize a local pharmacy to fill this unless I pay full price It will cost me out of pocket a retail price over $ I am retired and cannot afford this Therefore I will go without the med my doctor has prescribed

Joined with *** *** Part D prescription plan and the agent explained that purchasing the "plus plan", which is twice the amount of the regular plan, would ensure I would not go into the "donut Hole" staying on the same insulin I take two types of insulins (short and long term) each prescription was $now each one is over $

My annual deductible on my health insurance and prescriptions through my health insurance is $1,I was in the hospital in the beginning of January of and met my health deductible by January 4, My understanding is that it can take a week or so for the hospital to get that information over to *** *** so when I went to pick up prescriptions I had to pay full price as if I had not met my deductible for the yearLast week when I went to *** I had to pay about $for my medicine and I knew that there had to be a problemSo I called Caremark customer service, they advised they showed I was on a family plan with my health insurance which meant I had a $2,deductible that had not been met yetI explained they had incorrect information as I was on an individual plan which meant my deductible should be $1,Long story made short, *** *** the company who offered me the health insurance called CVS/Caremark to advise they had the wrong info, and

This is in response to your inquiry dated March 3, regarding a once in a lifetime credit
I verified the member mailed a prescription for a day supply; however, the member wrote on the mail order form to only dispense days of medication and to place the remaining days of medication on fileThis was done per the member’s instructions and an invoice for $was sent with the medicationThe member’s mail order copay for this drug would have been $for any amount of medication that was between a days supply and a days supplyThe charge was correct
I verified in one of the telephone calls to Customer Care, the member declared the original order was damagedTherefore, we reshipped an order to replace the original days supplyOn the invoice for this order it would have shown $for the order; however, it should have had another entry showing a credit of $as this order was shipped with a Compensation CertificateIn other words, there was no charge for this replacement order
On March 3, 2016, a credit of $was applied to the member’s accountThis is a once in a lifetime credit and will not be available for any future orders that are less than days supplyWe confirmed the member was advised of this once in a lifetime credit on several telephone callsThe members current account balance is $
Per our telephone conversation on March 3, with the member, the above information cannot be provided via email to the member’s personal email account; therefore, a letter was mailed to the member

CVS Caremark began working to fill prescription on a mail order basis several years agoTo the best of my knowledge with federal employees, retireesI’m retired as of 12/10/I purchased medication through *** Pharmacy to include above medications that was until the co-pay soared to untenable levels 9$$)Cvs has seems to demonstrate a complete total scorched earth business model by causing delays or denials and prescriptionsIt has added a burden to my family practice physician and a dire exasperation to me with the intent to discourage me from using CVS Caremark by asking me to jump through hoops for fireThen telling me after every day (I was dotted and T’s crosses), that they didn’t have an orderIt (the CVS Comp) were of good conscience, they would work with this patient, not against

I was notified that one of my prescriptions (***) would no longer be covered beginning UNLESS the patient had one of underlying conditions (which I have)If that was the case, the doctor could request an exception for medical necessityMy doctor did that and I received a letter stating the exception was granted and to go ahead and fill the prescriptionI tried doing that multiple times but each time was deniedAfter numerous lengthy phone calls and promises to look into the matter, CVS finally said the exception was granted in error, even though I met the conditionsI have had to spend far more to maintain my prescription over the nearly two months this has been going onCVS has given me the run around asking my doctor to resubmit prescription requests and authorization requests, without any results to showIf I had the option of using a different provider, I would never use CVS again
