Dear Sir/Madam:Hope everyone doing okThey brought a Broken [redacted] *For Repair.There were options:Take all the shattered glass out, clean and put a new glass only for $**+tax.That's more than hours hard and risky labourChange the glass and the lcd assembly for $***+tax Where we offer $ [redacted] off.That's about another minutes job.They picked option We should get what we paidWe can not expect brand newRepair is just RepairIf there is any issuesWe need to re do itWe can do it.If someone pay for option , is it fair to offer option 2?We put our time , product and hard labour and then fix it, is it fair to Refund ?If we can put a Brocken screen on that phone back like it was and take this off then provably we can refundIs it possible?Even if they pay the $ [redacted] difference and we could give a new lcd screen That was nice even if they want to pay or not.What they want, they want to keep the service, get the money back, and don't payJust get the free serviceThat's a trap.Please let us know what will be the best solutionWe like to make our honorable customer happy.Thanks in advance for you kind cooperationPlease call/text if you need anything else.With Thanks, [redacted] * [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam:Hope everyone... doing ok. They brought a Brocken I phone 6. For Repair.There were 2 options:1. Take all the shattered glass out, clean and put a new glass only for $85+tax.That's more than 2 hours hard and risky labour.2. Change the glass and the lcd assembly for $120+tax . Where we offer $10 off.That's about another 20 minutes job.They picked option 1. We should get what we paid. We can not expect brand new. Repair is just Repair. If there is any issues. We need to re do it. We can do it.If someone pay for option 1 , is it fair to offer option 2?We put our time , product and hard labour and then fix it, is it fair to Refund ?If we can put a Brocken screen on that phone back like it was and take this off then provably we can refund. Is it possible?Even if they pay the $25 difference and we could give a new lcd screen . That was nice even if they want to pay or not.What they want, they want to keep the service get the money back and don't pay. Just get the free service. Regarding Myron's issueWe replaced Myron's charge port ~12pm November 11thUpon examining the customers devise we pointed out to the customer that the cellphone was in less than perfect shape and it looked like it had been accidentally dropped oftenThe customer joked and said yes we are regular customers, we drop and break our phones oftenThe customers charge port was replaced, and another satisfied customer left our business.A few days later this customer returned and was less than satisfiedThe customer showed a phone screen that was damaged and looked to be extracted from the phoneUpon examination it became clear that the phone was accidentally dropped based on the scratches on both the screen and the frame where the screen was separating from the actual housingThe customer insisted that the phone was just sitting there and all of the sudden the screen poped out.Our staff has over years experience in this industry and we can easily spot a mishandled, accidental dropWe apologized and told the customer that;We didn't even replace the screen, we replaced the charge portWe would gladly apply a discount to the service since he was a repeat customerThe customer refused this and said he was going to contact the Revdex.com of we didn't replace his screen free of charge.We again apologized to the customer and offered a discount on the serviceThe customer not satisfied because he wasn't getting what he wanted left the store.We will gladly offer Mr [redacted] a 10% discount on this service, as far as refunding the $for the charge port, we do not think that is fair for the business

My yr old son had his cell phone ran over by a carWithout my knowledge he took it to Cellairis and sales person said he could fix itMy son was upfront and told him a car had ran it overSales person assured him he could fix itMy son waited and went back to pay for services and sales person assured him it was fixedScreen was replaced however phone didn't work.I went to Cellairis and asked why they attempted to fix a phone that had been ran over and clearly not fixableI asked what procedure they have for fixing underage kids cell phones when they are under a contract through their parentsHe then tried saying something was already wrong with the phone prior to the incident I told him there was no problemHe then said he would keep the phone and work on itI was assured once again I would be called when ready Six days passed and I received no callI then proceed to make a phone call to themAfter talking to someone else there they called back and said that it would

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I told the women upon checking that it seemed to lag she told me it was the phone had been powered off for a few days before I had brought it to be fixed I called immediately when I realized the camera was blurry due to this glass and when the lagging and issues aroseYou cannot sell defective products and blame the customer when clearly the interfaith of this glass was faulty from the very beginning.

The warranty for replacement screen is only if your screen is not workingthere is no warranty for if you crack a glass screenIf you buy a new phone also there is no warranty if you crack a glass screen.Best Regards, Victor (Manager)
