I received a letter in the mail from this group claiming to be a third party vendor for another major media communications corporation stating that they were the liaison for any unclaimed properties and reported there was a dollar amount of unclaimed property in an account that I had with the media communications corporationThe dates lined up and it had professional letterhead with the media communications corporation logo so I followed the instructions to receive my unclaimed propertyAfter sending in my information they requested, which was my signature and a copy of my driver's license, to receive a check payable to me for the unclaimed property amount, I waited the allowed time they requested before pursuing any communicationOnce I began to try to communicate following the instructions listed in the original letter, I called and left messages times with no response and emailed times with no responseOnly after contacting Revdex.com in the name of the media communications corpora

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They will keep your item for nearly two weeks and then claim the replacement piece is still comingWhen I was tired of waiting for my iPad to be repaired ("It'll take four hours...it'll be another two days"days later still not repaired), I went to pick up my iPad and the OWNER refused to give me my iPadI actually had to call the police! The officer informed me that they've been called a few times because of this guy! He finally returned my iPad because the officer told him toHe then wasn't going to refund my full amount because he "did work on it." After an hour and a half, I got my iPad and my full refundSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!

I spoke with the costumer over the phone. According to our (any other repair or cellphones selling store's) policy: We do not provide the warranty for any physical damagesAnother words we can service some screen issues only if it's not cracked, but if a screen on a repaired phone
brakes again - it is not covered by warrantyAlso when they drop off the phone they may not just brake a screen but also bend the frame which may cause a new screen not staying all the way flat, if so then we strongly suggest to have a case on a phone - to hold the new screen on the phone, and protect it tooAnd that's what we clearly go over in the beginning with every costumer about - that's what probably sounded rude for the her, cause some people can't accept their mistakes. Then the costumer said some things is unfortunately the lieShe said it was fixed already, then she said it's not and not fixableThen said the battery don't hold the charge no more (that means the phone is still working), even though I've explained the screen replacement is nothing to do with the batteryShe understood. I said OK bring it to me, I'll fix it myself at no cost (even though it's a costumer's fault - if it's cracked screen due to the damage or bent frame)She said no(?), which is strange to say no when you want your phone to be fixed. Speaking of that letter, whoever made is either out of mind, don't know what they're talking about, or didn't expect us being experts to see it. For example, we can't give a costumer a phone after it's repaired without screws holding the home button, otherwise home button simply wouldn't workAnd other concerns in this letter are the same ridiculousFinally, how you can decide what job was done on the phone if the phone is currently damaged again? If they're any losing screws it must be due to the damage. I even offered $store credit trying to make her happy, and she didn't want it. We're well-know company with the great pricing, costumer service and quality of the products and laborBeing nice and helpful as much as possibleHaving bunch of regular costumers want to deal only with some of our guysBut we can't cover repeated screen cracks/ physical damagesNot even mention buying new phones or refunds if they brake screen againEspecially with that low margin this days We'll still pay more attention though to provide nice costumer service educating costumers more if necessary about the repair processThanks

I want them to pay for AT LEAST the front camera they broke and told me they were liable forThey originally broke the back camera but claimed its due to water damageWhateverIt was working perfectly before but who caresThey told me if it were the front they would be liableSo the second time
they fiddled with my phone, my front camera brokeThey then tried to tell me that they actually weren't liable

Replaced a screen on an iPhone 6S at their Rockaway Mall, NJ location. Charged me $70 and replaced the screen. Told me if I paid cash they would not charge sales tax. Fixed the phone, gave me a receipt and told me 90 day warranty. That night the screen stopped working, but I lost the receipt. Went back the following day, same guy, knewme but would not honor the warranty because I lost the receipt. Claimed his manager would not allow this. I know the receipt is my fault but I would expect some consideration since they knew they did the repair 18 hours ago. I did have some fun, downloaded form 3949A from the IRS and turned them in for failure to collect sales tax. I'm they are investigated and shut down.

Regarding Myron's issue. We replaced Myron's charge port ~12pm November 11th. Upon examining the customers devise we pointed out to the customer that the cellphone was in less than perfect shape and it looked like it had been accidentally dropped often. The customer joked and said yes we are regular...

customers, we drop and break our phones often. The customers charge port was replaced, and another satisfied customer left our business.A few days later this customer returned and was less than satisfied. The customer showed a phone screen that was damaged and looked to be extracted from the phone. Upon examination it became clear that the phone was accidentally dropped based on the scratches on both the screen and the frame where the screen was separating from the actual housing. The customer insisted that the phone was just sitting there and all of the sudden the screen poped out.Our staff has over 25 years experience in this industry and we can easily spot a mishandled, accidental drop. We apologized and told the customer that;1. We didn't even replace the screen, we replaced the charge port.2. We would gladly apply a discount to the service since he was a repeat customer3. The customer refused this and said he was going to contact the Revdex.com of we didn't replace his screen free of charge. We again apologized to the customer and offered a discount on the service. The customer not satisfied because he wasn't getting what he wanted left the store. We will gladly offer Mr. [redacted] a 10% discount on this service, as far as refunding the $52.99 for the charge port, we do not think that is fair for the business.

We are getting in contact with the franchise owner to get the issue resolved.

Leasing commercial space from them in [redacted] on [redacted]. They are the worst owners this building has had by far. If you like broken elevators, false fire alarms, water from above ruining your computers, slow repair response times, being trapped in the gated parking garage, office break ins and no human contact - then this is the place to rent commercial space. Because, hey, they have nice stuff on the walls......

Dear Sir/Madam:Hope everyone doing ok. They brought a Broken [redacted]. For Repair. There were 2 options:1. Take all the shattered glass out, clean and put a new glass only for $**+tax. That's more than 2 hours hard and risky labour.2. Change the glass and the lcd assembly for $[redacted]+tax . Where we...

offer $** off. That's about another 20 minutes job. They picked option 1. We should get what we paid. We can not expect brand new. Repair is just Repair. If there is any issues. We need to re do it. We can do it.If someone pay for option 1 , is it fair to offer option 2?We put our time , product and hard labour and then fix it, is it fair to Refund ?If we can put a Brocken screen on that phone back like it was and take this off then provably we can refund. Is it possible?Even if they pay the $** difference and we could give a new lcd screen . That was nice even if they want to pay or not. What they want, they want to keep the service, get the money back, and don't pay. Just get the free service. That's a trap. Please let us know what will be the best solution. We like to make our honorable customer happy. Thanks in advance for you kind cooperation. Please call/text if you need anything else. With Thanks,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and...

have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will not go to the restaurant to get what I want. I paid for a service and the service was not complete. I did follow up by driving to West Town mall from La Crosse, WI and all I got from the gentlemen working was that if I paid another $60 he would try to fix it, but not a guarantee it would work! The response from this business is not valid. I DID however go to a local place to have my phone repaired from what Cellairis didn't do. I was told by GAming Generations that the screen they used was not put on properly, thus the screen not working. So I did pay another $140 to someone on trusted to get the job done correctly. So me not wanting to pay the Cellairis booth had nothing to do with money but rather the fact that they are ripping people off!

Revdex.com:
My phone is not cracked. I never said that THEY cracked my screen. The screen does not lay flat because the frame is bent and the home button is loose because of the work that she did. He NEVER offered me a $50 dollar credit,  and the reason I don't want my phone being fixed by them is because they couldn't do it right the first time, so why would I think this time would be any different.
