Suoershuttle sent me an email stating that they refunded the original contract price of dollars but could not compensate me for anything else even through it cost me more than to get my party and myself home after supershuttle failed to hold up their end of a contract Super shuttle was given my cell number but has not made any attempt to contact me When I replied to the email they sent me I tired to reply back that I was still dissatisfied with their lack of compensation I didn't receive a response

I am requesting again that the business communicate with me in writing via email or to my mailing address as they have always done in the past...I have used this business over years and all communication has been via email/in writing to [email protected] as I have an online account with this business and they have my email address onfile also in order to communicate with me and can track my MANY travels and use of shuttles through my online account with them

I received a phone call last week asking for my address and telling me that they would be sending me a check for the disputed amount which is acceptable. However, I have not yet received the check and don't think this matter should be closed until I receive the payment
