In fact, on Nov-23-2015, Supper Shuttle representative contacted me over the phone and asked for copy of the receipt issued by taxi driverIt was sent it on the same day but I have not got anything from Supper Shuttle yet

I do not accept their response

I do not book online for reservations in any way shape or form due to the amount of hacking onlineNo one ever told me at any given time in any way shape or form that I had to book my reservation online in order to receive mileage plus points WHILE I WAS MAKING THE MANY & NUMEROUS TIMES I CALLED ON THE PHONE TO SUPER SHUTTLE/EXECU CAR IN TO MAKE RESERVATIONSI DID NOT FIND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT BEING ABLE TO GET POINTS FROM SUPER SHUTTLE TIL I WAS ONLINE LOOKING AT *** *** WAYS YOU CAN EARN FREQUENT FLYER MILESIT WAS THEN IN FEB./MARCH TIME FRAME THAT I CONTACTED SUPER SHUTTLE REGARDING MILEAGE PLUS POINTSNOT ONE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHILE BOOKING MY RESERVATION WITH SUPER SHUTTLE OR EXECU CAR TOLD ME I COULD EARN MILEAGE POINTS WITH SUPER SHUTTLE OR EXECU CAR BY BOOKING ONLINEI HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FROMSO, NO, I DO NOT & WILL NOT ACCEPT SUPER SHUTTLES/EXECU CARS RESPONSEI DO NOT GO TO SUPER SHUTTLES OR EXECU CARS WEBSITE, IT IS MUCH EASIER & FASTER FOR ME TO CALL ON THE PHONE & BOOK MY RESERVATIONDUE TO ALL THE HACKERS ONLNE, I WILL NOT BE BOOKING ANY RESERVATIONS ONLINEI MIGHT ADD, THAT I DID BOOK A RESERVATION WITH A COMPANY & THEY HAD NO ISSUES WITH GIVING ME MY ADDITIONAL POINTS IRREGARDLESS OF THE TIME FRAME
