However, I think they need to seriously overhaul their customer service and be more responsive. I shouldn't have to go this route if I could have been able to talk to a representative. They don't return phone calls or e-mails unless someone complains to the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because his response to the issue took over two weeks and I went to [redacted]...

and they reimbursed my money.  I was told 3 times my order had shipped.  I don't believe he [redacted] ship this time either.  To bad he is catering to "The Big Guys" or the large orders.
