Review: I purchased a hardhat from the [redacted] webstore for $181.90 back on Feb. 17, 2015. They took payment immediately via my [redacted] account and informed me there would be a 20 week wait time. I was fine with the wait however after 7 months I did not receive my product. I emailed the company and was told 2 more weeks. Another month has passed and I am fed up. The phone number is goes to an automated system which refers you to send an email. At this point I am looking for a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund my payment.

Review: Ordered a hard hat from cerious composites or performance , never received hard hat after waiting the 22 weeks now after attempting to email or call I get zero response . My order number from them was [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a phone call or email letting me know what's going on and I want them to change their advertised shipping time to 36-40 weeks since that seems more realistic .

I am rejecting this response because: you are not responding to emails , phone calls or voice messages . Your web site is deceiving on the time line and you lack basic customer service . I want the hard hat sipped this week and I want you to change your web site time line to 30-35 weeks wait time since that's more accurate .

Review: I ordered a carbon/blue Kevlar hard hat: full brim item #[redacted] and replacement hard hat suspension item #1454 on March 31, 2015 and paid $197.90 through my paypal account. The payment was immediately processed and I was told the order would take 15-18 weeks at the time. My order number is [redacted]. I have now been waiting 39 weeks. I have emailed, called and tweeted the company. The last response from the company was on Dec 3,2015 stating 1-2 weeks. I have waited another 3 weeks and he is not responding. On his [redacted] page he has processed orders over 100 order numbers past mine. I have been waited longer than a reasonable wait time for any product. There is no excuse for poor service.Desired Settlement: I want my order shipped and delivered. At this time a refund is not acceptable.
