have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get a response. I understand about quality. That's why I paid 189.00 for a hardhat. When will I receive my order? Will it be sometime in January? That would be 52 weeks instead of 18-24. I don't want a refund. I just want my order in the time frame that was advertised(or close to it) Thanks...[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Send me the full refund , oh and by the way I have been emailing and calling  you for 2 weeks for a refund , it seems the only way to get any  answer is by contacting the Revdex.com , don't expect any positive feedback from me and your web  site stated time line for a hard hat build time is a flat out lie . Send me a refund via PayPal and I'll consider this matter resolved .

Sorry for the extreme additional wait, we're working as fast as we can to get orders out. We are overwhelmed with work and understaffed at the moment. All wait times are approximate. It will be about 2 more weeks before we can ship your order. You'll receive tracking info as soon as it goes out the door. If you can’t wait we can send you a refund.  I apologize again, thank you for bearing with us.

I ordered a hardhat on 3/24/2016 and paid $202.90 via [redacted] After months of no contact when requesting status updates I finally asked for my money back with no luck. A few more months went buy and Will said he sent repayment but it was to the wrong person. As of today 11/20/2016 8 months after my payment I have yet to receive the product or my refund. I couldn't be less happy with this company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

This message is regarding complaint #[redacted]. I have attached an original copy of my order placed more than 8 mths ago on May 31st 2015. I have sent numerous emails to the company Cerious Composites  with no response or resolution. No shipping date. No tracking number. Nothing. The company...

We still are planning on shipping your hard hat as soon as we can. We make all hard hats in the USA. In house. From time to time we do have unforseen manufacturing issues. If you can wait we will ship as soon as it is made.  If not we'll send a refund. Thanks

Still not fraud....why does everyone think this? Please read before ordering!

We still plan on shipping your hard hat as soon as it is made. It's not easy to find skilled carbon fiber technicians unfortunately. Were trying.
