This company was great to work with ! They were very professional and helped me get my roof on in a timely manner. The office staff went above and beyond to get the permits quickly so I could get this done as fast as possible. They worked with my renter so as not to interfere with her clients coming and going. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

The roofing crew for Certified Roofing Solutions were very professional and hard working. They started early and worked late, very neat and clean work threw out the hold time, I don't have any complaints.

Very easy to communicate with, estimate was immediately. Chose my own shingle color, roof was replaced on the date set and only took one day. There were no hidden costs. Very efficient.

I really enjoyed working with certified roofing solutions. I was able to get a quote for redoing part of my roof in a timely fashion. I was impressed with how they worked around the rain in this area. They managed to get it done the only 2 days in a row it didn't rain in a month. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I plan on getting the rest of my roof done with them when I am ready.

We experienced at Certified Roofing a friendly staff and excellent quality work. They were able to get a representative out quickly for an estimate and begin work on the roof replacement within two weeks. The crew replacing the roof showed up at 7:15 am and completed the job, including yard clean up, within the same day by 7 pm. I was not able to be present on the day of the job, but the office kept me informed every four or so hours with the progress. Great company and great work, will recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Excellent and thorough work done in a timely fashion and with safety in mind for their employees as well. We just had the metal roof on our new home in Pensacola (right on the water, hence the metal roof, in Bayou Chico) reinforced with new, longer, and up-to-current-code screws. The original roof was about 23 years old and overdue for new screws. The challenge with our house was it's height -- it's a three story home with a very steep, high roof over the main house. CRS did the garage and lower parts without a lift, but determined the main roof was too steep for their technician to attempt without a boom lift. We went forward with the lift added for not too much more in cost with that rental, and the job was completed safely and efficiently. Our roof guy, Brian, was like a mountain goat up there, but reinforced with the safety of the lift and harness so everyone was good with that. We were slightly delayed due to summer thunderstorms/showers but that is out of everyone's hands. Brian was up and down as showers came and went, and it took just one additional day to complete with the vagaries of weather.
From getting out to inspect and give us an estimate, to the office staff and the technician, the work was Five Star quality. Our thanks to Adam, in sales, Kim in the office, (and other office assistance), and Brian on the roof!

I've had multiple issues with CRS. starting from install back in Aug of 2019. Here it is Jun 2, 2020, I've been waiting all day for someone to come out and apply some Killzee to my garage ceiling as a result of another leak. Lets start on the install. They left one of there "dump trailers" in my driveway for 5 days blocking my garage. It rained on/off durning that time frame, resulting in numerous rust stains on my driveway. When I called them to complaine about that, there repley was that "we are not responsible for that, it states that in the contract" Well, it cost me $200.00 to have my driveway cleaned. This is the 2nd leak I've had since there install, both times, they have been slow in getting it resolved. I did post a similar 1 star review back in Aug, and I'm still looking for it. Lets see if this one stays up....
