I had a FANTASTIC experience with Certified Roofing Solutions!
Because replacing my roof was such a large investment I did a lot of research and got four different written estimates. I googled "questions you should ask before having your roof replaced" and asked every question there was to ask (yes I'm one of "those guys").
Adam answered every one of my questions patiently and thoroughly. At the end of my four estimates/interrogations I was confident Certified Roofing Solutions was the best value that I could find. They did not disappoint.
I genuinely believe their primary goal was to provide a service that would be a help during these difficult times in our community. I believe they put my family as a priority over their bottom line. They are one of those rare company that understands that ultimately the best thing they can do for their bottom line is make their customer their ultimate priority.
Certified Roofing Solutions did everything they said they would do, by the time they said they would do it, for the price they said they would charge. Shockingly, after we signed a contract, they completed the work on time and charged me several hundred dollars less that the agreed upon price in the contract! They said they were able to make some of their processes more efficient and and purchase some materials in bulk for a lower price than anticipated so they were passing the savings on to me!
I would HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Certified Roofing Solutions.

The Cretified crew did a great job re-roofing my house. They were fast and did a really good job cleaning up after they were done and nothing was damaged.
Great experience! They are a professional operation who is prepared and efficient. Also, I had to have the new roof inspected following its installation for a home insurance estimate. The home inspector stated that it was installed perfectly, meeting all the wind mitigation standards.

from the salesman to the office staff and the crew who put on the roof, everyone was professional and friendly. My roof looks great we get lots of comments about it. Adam was our salesman and he was knowledgeable and very friendly and honest with us. The office staff answered all our questions along the way and were very friendly. This company deserves a negative star.
Do not use this company for a metal roof! Our experience with Certified Roofing was and still is a nightmare! Installation started in January 2019 and they finally slapped the last section on in April 2019.
The owner *** did a wonderful sales pitch! Over and over he emphasized "customer satisfaction" and "no job was complete until the customer was satisfied"!!
While working on our roof the first roofing team drank beer, left cigarette butts, electronic cigarette pieces, empty cigarette packets, beer cans, beer bottle lids, soda cans, food wrappers all over my lawn, porches and sidewalks. Their family members sat in my front lawn while the roofers were working. The roofing team had no idea what they were doing! They completely covered one of the bathroom exhaust pipes, used cut metal pieces and actually hammered the metal roofing down to the roof line.
The second roofing team sent to correct the first team's mistake wasn't much better and left trash all over my lawn. They again had no idea what they were doing.
The third roofing team came and somewhat corrected some of the problems. But again left the roof incomplete.
The fourth roofing team came and tweaked some of the problems and said that was the best they could do. This time in addition to cigarette butts they left a full pack of cigarettes on my walkway!
Additionally there was a mix-up on the metal installed so they had to correct that too.
I have never picked-up so many nails and screws in my life! They left metal roofing, wood and boxes of nails/screws on my lawn for months and months. We called and called and called about the cleanup. Each time the office girl said she would have someone pickup them up!
After each disaster, we had to contact the company. We had to beg for the owner or someone in charge to come to see the roof disasters. Never did someone from the company call us to see if there were any issues or ask for our feedback or to see how things were going. The only correspondence we ever received were bills sent each time another roofing team supposedly fixed the roof issues! The first bill was incorrect, they "forgot" to give us the $3,300 deposit we had made! So of course we had to call the company!
The city inspector and our insurance adjuster did a walk through and pointed out issues with our roof including areas that were not sealed off. These had to be corrected by Certified.
We took multiple photos of the numerous roof issues and sent to Certified throughout the installation and my husband called constantly. The final pictures were shown to the girl in the office when I went to pay the bill. She agreed the roof above the two bay windows looked horrible and said she certainly would not want them on her house. I told her I was ashamed of the roof!
This company does not have skilled roofers and does not guarantee their workmanship.
I'll start off by mentioning we are working in the direct aftermath of Hurricane Michael & materials were very hard to come by & crews even harder. We have worked 16-18 hour days for 6 months to help re build roofs & get homes watertight again. In a normal situation/controlled environment projects are able to run much more smoothly.
Our originally material delivery was shorted by the manufacturer & we then waited over 4 weeks for the next delivery from them to come in.
As soon as that material was dropped on site we immediately sent the crew back.
We did not send out 3 or 4 crews. We had the original crew who worked on your project & at the time the next material delivery came in, that crew was on another commercial project so a separate crew was sent out to complete the job.
When we were done you didn't like how the metal on the bay window looked (although it was installed properly & to code) but to appease you we sent the foreman of the 2nd crew back out to install foam closure strips under the Hip metal (this is not standard or required by code or the manufacturer..we did this to make you happy only.)
At that time you said you were happy & paid your invoice. A few weeks later you decided you were not happy I suppose because now we have this review from you.
You & your husband both have my direct cell # & I know you do because I personally gave you my business card & I always answer my cell. At any point had you called me I'd have been there. Apparently it's easier to trash someone online than to come to them directly.
That's your right of course.
You did not choose a premium metal roof system you chose the lower end exposed screw, standard metal roof system. You may not like how the system looks but it is installed to code & according to manufacturers specifications.
If your expecting a standing seam appearance out of an exposed screw system on a bay window with many angles you'll be disappointed.
In response to the beer bottles & drinking on the job that's just not true. I can say without a doubt if someone were drinking on the job with the many times you said you've spoken to my office that one of those calls would have included a comment about that & with our Customer Relationship Management system I can see the notes & that isn't there.
You guys decided mid project that you would rather have a shingle roof system like your neighbors since the solid metal color was no longer what you wanted and unfortunately the metal is cut to fit your home and that was not an option. That apparently did not sit well with you.
Anyone who would like to see our work on custom designer homes with very difficult to install steep slope metal roof systems are welcome to as well as to speak with those same homeowners.
We do indeed have skilled workers.. of over 10 million in roofs we've done in the last year alone (many customers we've done repeat work for friends & family due to the high quality of the work) we've only had you with a negative word about us. We don't take any review good or bad lightly & look to learn & better ourselves every day.
