I'm very pleased with the customer service that Certified Roofing Solutions gives. Everyone in the office was very caring and courteous, and we were able to get the work done on our roofs very quickly.

Due to some strong wind and rain one of our Ridge vents failed. After looking for a respectable roofing company on the internet, I came across Certified Roofing Solutions and we are so glad we did! We called their office and spoke with Emily. Emily advised us that one of their project managers would be calling us. We received a call and setup a meeting so as he could as what was needed to be addressed. He advised that the Ridge vent needed some addressing. As we spoke he explained that he could have a man come and repair it. I decided that I would rather have them replaced which. He gave us an estimate on replacement which we felt was a honest estimate. The very next day the worker came and did work. He was very professional and his work showed it. Having been in business in the construction field I highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions. From the office to the project manager to the worker this is a 5 star company!

When looking for a company to advise you on maintaining, repairing, or even replacing your roofing you should have Certified Roofing Solutions out for a review of the job. Both Darren (Sales Manager) and Joshua (Technician) were polite, professional, and extremely particular in their areas of expertise. I never thought I would meet contractors as detail oriented as I am, but these gentlemen did things as part of their contact that went above & beyond what we expected. We had four areas quoted and completed two aspects this time. When we're ready to do the other jobs, we'll be calling Certified Roofing Solutions back out to our property.

Darren and Certified Roofing Team were great from start to finish.

We had minor damage to our 2 year old metal roof and major damage to our flat roof over our garage and porch. We received 3 roofing bids from 3 different Companies. 2 of them wanted between 29,000 to 33,000 dollars. Centennial replaced the damaged metal and completely replaced the flat roof with the latest covering and it was done for less than 8,000 dollars. Also done within 3 weeks of signing the Commencement papers. Professional and Trustworthy Company that I highly recommend.

Certified Roofing has replaced roof on three of my houses due to hurricane micheal. All three jobs where done properly with no issue s found. Crew took extra time to clean up areas around house after work was completed. Everybody at Certified roofing worked hard to make all 3 projects worry free. Excellent company to have in our area. Most other companies tell you times and dates but never follow through and usually have to have them return to make good on mistakes. The team at certified where excellent! They designed and installed the perfect roof to suit our home. The quality of workmanship the timeliness and within budget were excellent! They took the time to explain each step and answer all my questions thoroughly. The roof was inspected after installation and no issues were found. Our roof was near end of life when we bought our retirement home last year and we wanted a new roof that will last the rest of our lives. I called Certified Roofing Solutions first and had a quote the next business day whereas getting quotes from other companies took weeks and absolutely no other roofing company would quote a metal roof even though their websites claimed to offer metal. Once I signed the contract with CRS, they had a professional metal team on my roof the next day and within the week, my roof was done. And it was done to my 100% satisfaction!
