We were referred to CRS by a friend and this roofing company did not disappoint! Tyler promptly came out to give us a quote on the repair work for a roof leak. He has been very good with communication and showed up when he said he would. Their quote was competitive but on par with other companies we had met with. The difference was that he did not try to tell us that we just needed a new roof. Many other companies were not even willing to do the repair work, (apparently so busy that only new roof jobs were of interest to them). Tyler with CRS even went back up on our roof and inspected all of it and reported back that we did not need a new roof quite yet, but in the event that we decided to just go ahead with it he provided a competitive quote for the replacement. Our insurance accepted their quote and we contacted them to schedule. They were prompt and showed up when scheduled, kept us informed of progress and completed in the time frame promised. We have been very pleased with their service and follow through, and would not hesitate to call them for the roof replacement job when the time comes. Highly recommend!

When I called them they were very responsive. They first did an inspection complete with pictures and where the problems were.

I've had a small repair needed on my roof since the hurricane. I've had several quotes and promises that were never kept. Certified Roofing came and assessed the damage within a few days.
