After an inspection we were notified by our insurance company that we needed a new roof. Using the internet to locate roofers in PCB we chose 3. Appointments were made for estimates. From our first friendly contact with Certified Roofing Solutions, through the whole insurance process to a complete roof installed, they were the most customer friendly company we have ever dealt with. Questions were answered, product explanations given and on time removal and installation. Clean up was perfect! They are the best and considering all of this was done over the phone is amazing! While trying to sell my townhouse in FWB, FL, I found out that I needed a new roof before closing. Certified Roofers were prompt to go out and give me the best bid. I live out of town so all correspondence was done by phone, text, and email. All communication was very professional and timely. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had a new roof put on by this company. Darren (the project manager) was very professional, prompt, and kept us posted through the entire project. We were told it would be a two day job however the morning they were scheduled to come there were multiple roofers. They were able to strip the shingles, make repairs, inspector came out, amd then they were able to shingle the roof all in one day. The inspector came back out the same day and had actually failed the job. One small thing was missing. The guys came right back and corrected the issue. The inspector came the following day and we passed our inspection. We have had NO issues with the roof. We would recommend this company.

Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC., provided the best customer service from the initial estimate from Adam to the processing of the documentation through Misty. Our roof was replaced in less than 10 days from the signing of the documentation and it looks beautiful. My tenants commented on how the installers cleaned up after themselves after completing the job and the roof looks beautiful. The process was prompt and efficient even from a distance since we live in Tampa. Thank you for making our rental home safe and beautiful again.

We had a rough start to our project. We contacted many companies to come out and give us a quote. Most didn't even return our calls. Certified came out quickly and as scheduled. They even called two days later to see of we had any questions and compared to everyone else, we were impressed. We were quotes fairly and all of our questions were asked. It took a while to get started because they were backed up with work. Once started, our roof was done quickly and we are more than satisfied with the finished product. Highly recommend.

First off these reviews are important , I have a few rentals and finding someone reliable that does good work is hard. When looking for a roofer for a repair I noticed most only had a few reviews and there were always some bad ones . When I started reading Certified Roofing reviews I was sold , I called them , they scheduled me , the estimator was right on time , the repair was completed , its time to pay and I was concerned about something , I talked with Rachael and she sent her best guy out and took care of the problem , Great communication and customer service !!

Due to some strong wind and rain one of our Ridge vents failed. After looking for a respectable roofing company on the internet, I came across Certified Roofing Solutions and we are so glad we did! We called their office and spoke with Emily. Emily advised us that one of their project managers would be calling us. We received a call and setup a meeting so as he could as what was needed to be addressed. He advised that the Ridge vent needed some addressing. As we spoke he explained that he could have a man come and repair it. I decided that I would rather have them replaced which. He gave us an estimate on replacement which we felt was a honest estimate. The very next day the worker came and did work. He was very professional and his work showed it. Having been in business in the construction field I highly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions. From the office to the project manager to the worker this is a 5 star company!
