My husband purchased the special offer package that was advertised on TV for Christmas. The worst. Broke out my skin in a rash, Dried out my skin, causes more lines and wrinkles due to dryness. DECEIVINGLY put him on an Automatic Renewal which there is no indication of this on there Website. The Website states a 120 day money back guaurantee if you are not happy with the product, even if you used it it states send it back for a refund. LIES, LIES! No Mention of an Automatic Renewal. When I called they said they would not refund the money because he didn't pay full price, I told the customer service Rep thats deceptive thats not what the Website says, She replied so what if that's deceptive, dispute it with the credit card company. SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Ok product shady business practice
I ordered a shipment of chamonix as a gift for someone and they seem to like the product however… one month later I see in my checking another payment being taken for an order I did not place. I am told that with my online order I agreed to continue monthly shipments. That information was not made clear or obvious in the ordering process online. Getting bamboozled into future purchases is not what I call an honest and good business practice especially when I am told that my money cannot be refunded. It is a shame because I actually was planning on making a couple more orders when I had the extra loot but because of this incident that is no longer in the plan. I was willing to consider it a simple misunderstanding and lack of myself looking at the fine print but with the lack of cooperation in returning what I did not intend to order and stopping the payment it seems more like shady business that warrants my sending disgruntled communication about the company to the advertisers that I listen to on the radio. A little cooperation would have gained the company a long time costumer…

Read membership carefully and print out all communication
I too had a situation that just happened and I am having a very hard time getting results. I actually emailed a Chamonix rep on March 20, 2020 telling them that if I was on an autoship to please cancel my membership because I still had product left and did not feel I could afford it at the present time. Well, I guess he did not cancel my membership and I got notice that a shipment was sent. I did not get a prior notice letting me know of this so I was completely blindsided. I explained I had told the rep to cancel but they claimed they have no record of my conversation. I sent them copies of the email and I am still getting the run around. I guess with this company they do not put the customer first. So sad because at this time during the Covid-19 pandemic I cannot afford to spend money on luxuries like this. I just wanted my money returned immediately so I could use the money for necessities. I would definitely have returned the order and if they did not receive it they could have then charged me if they didn't believe I would do so. It seems each email I get is from someone different so I honestly don't know whats going on. I guess I need to contact the BBB in order to get honest results.

I ordered this for my boss, I did not realize it automatically signed you up for a subscription I never received an email saying I was getting another shipment Then when I receive it, I try to return it only to find out that once it has shipped you can't return it But they don't tell you when it is shipping This company screams SCAM!

The product simply does not workThey send a tiny bit of basically skin cream that has little or no effect on wrinkles and bags under the eyesI used the product diligently for daysThere was absolutely no difference in my before and after picturesI followed the return instructions and cancellation requirements and they disregarded my request and sent me another package days laterOh and of course another charge on my credit cardI called my bank and stopped all further transactions and disputed chargeGood luck getting anyone to call you back from chamonixScammers!!!!

The first order was placed on 1/14/and it was scheduled on a day auto ship cycleThe next shipment then went out on 3/14/The customer did not call until the 3rd shipment went out which was 5/14/and the customer called on 5/20/now asking to return both packagesWe can accept the most recent package which was 5/14/Since the customer didn't call us to tell us he didn't want the March package we can honor the return and accept a refund for both orders if all products are returned unopened/unusedI will have someone contact the customer

This customer was refunded a total of $Order #*** dated 12/10/charged $and refunded $Then order #*** dated 9/10/for $and refunded $because not everything was returned
