Purchased their skin products a few months ago As many know, they don't work Called the company to use their return policy, they authorized a return and INSISTED that we try a new product that Works INSTANTLY for freeHilarious, just another sham I used it, gave it to friends that used it, NO ONE had any Positive Results Called them again Mid November to make sure that we wouldn't be receiving more of their useless products 1st of December, another package from them Called again, only to be put on hold maybe an hour to speak to someoneThat someone named Michael could not help, said that someone would call back in an hour That never happened, called again around p.m., they told me that there was no one to answer my call, that they would have someone call on MondayMonday came, no call Late Monday called back was put thru their extremely bad answering system for another hour to find out that I needed to leave yet another message for someone to call me backThey did call back late in the day and started off by arguing their point, as if that makes a difference to me Frankly after ordering, trying their products, having their products not work, returning some of their products, receiving more that don't work and then to have spent hours attempting to resolve, I'm done Wasted enough time with this SCAM company that trys to achieve revenue with shotty products

This issue was already resolved and we gave the customer a RMA number to send the product back for a refund
On August 4, 2014, we issued the customer RMA #*** so once the package comes back we will refund the card on file minus the shipping cost

I used the genucel and immediate effect cream for months without any results--the bags under my eyes are still there I wish I would have read your reviews before I ordered these products Instructions for returned products for a refund were more trouble than it was worth along with a 9% processing fee!

There is always a 9% processing fee on all orders but if the customer was told a full refund then we will allow a full refund minus shipping and handling. The customer was refunded $14.40 today.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, since I have not even received the merchandise (which took 3 weeks last time after charge was posted to our account) I can not return it at this time.  I assume that they will do what they say and credit back our account, but I will consider this issued closed when I see the credit on my account.  Hopefully, all will be resolved soon.

The customer placed an order online w[redacted] and it explains there is an automatic shipment every 60 days unless they call to cancel. We received a phone call 1/28/2015 after the shipment was shipped and delivered. We will honor the request...

and once the customer sends back the package we will refund them minus shipping and handling. Thank you!

I ordered a skin product in December 2015 to try for bags under my eyes. The product did not help and in fact made my problem worse. Therefore I decided not to use the product anymore and gave it away to a friend that wanted to try it. I got no emails from Chamonix inquiring about the product they gave me - not did I get any emails advising me of future orders. In February they charged my CC 139.95 on 02/16. I called on 02/19 and asked for a refund - they said "NO - you placed an order". No, I did not knowingly/acknowledge an order at all. Somehow, when you place the first order - you are put on a future orders list. Why would you even??? What if you have a reaction to this stuff like me - Where is this JUST? The Company Chamonix is a FRAUD! They had my email address and could have notified me of the orders and they did not!

I ordered this product after hearing a testimonial on the [redacted] show. When I ordered it I was not clear that I had joined an automatic shipping system where new product was shipped every month. The ad that [redacted] does says that if you are not satisfied with the product just return it for a full refund with no questions asked. That's not true. This product did not work for me I followed all of the directions and even had other people try it on me. No results. I got my second shipment and did not open it. I called to cancel my automatic shipping program and wanted to return all of the product. I was told I couldn't get a refund (they did ask questions, [redacted]). I was told I could get a credit for other product if I had called earlier and the second shipment could not be refunded.
This is a money mill that advertises falsely. They ought to be investigated by the Revdex.com and by the FTC. They are duping people and using their website to do so. [redacted] should vet those who pay him to advertise better by going through the process of a normal consumer with regard to this product. He doesn't need their support for his program, nor does Mivhael Savage. Maybe everyone has their price.
In my opinion, this company does not live up to their promises. Don't buy from them.

This order was placed online and before ordering you had to check a box that you agreed to the terms and conditions which stated this is an automatic shipment program every 60 days and if you didn't want to continue you would just have to call to cancel. Since we take pride n our customer service...

The customer called and we sent out a return label to send the product back on our expense for a refund. I do believe this issue was handled the correct way and we did what the customer was requesting.

The first order was placed on 1/14/2014 and it was scheduled on a 60 day auto ship cycle. The next shipment then went out on 3/14/2014. The customer did not call until the 3rd shipment went out which was 5/14/2014 and the customer called on 5/20/2014 now asking to return both packages. We can...

accept the most recent package which was 5/14/2014. Since the customer didn't call us to tell us he didn't want the March package we can honor the return and accept a refund for both orders if all products are returned unopened/unused. I will have someone contact the customer.

I ordered this for my boss, I did not realize it automatically signed you up for a subscription. I never received an email saying I was getting another shipment. Then when I receive it, I try to return it only to find out that once it has shipped you can't return it. But they don't tell you when it is shipping. This company screams SCAM!
