I have tried calling your customer service department separate timesThe first time (Sept 4) I left a voicemail asking for a call backI received nothingThe second, third, fourth, and fifth time I called it went into a continuous loop as I waited for a representative, none answered and after looping 4-times it went to the voicemail optionThat is why I called so many times to receive a real human being to speak with and not a voice mailI have not been able to speak with anyone and no one has returned my phone calls.I want to a complete refund - I was charged $My boyfriend, Joseph, is the one who used the website and my debit card and he stated he did not see a price on your website at allI do not want to use your company for our address change and I want to be refunded in full as soon as possible

Changemyaddress.com,Thank you for finally returning my money Regardless of what you claim about your website the fact remains I absolutely did not know I was not on the [redacted] website, would never have knowingly agreed to an alternative service other than [redacted] and would NEVER have knowingly agreed to any charge other than the $charged by *** Also, I would not have changed [redacted] address twice, so clearly there was a problem in the communication that the request had been completed I can not go back now and recreate what I did then for evidence However, other complaints on the Revdex.com site appear to share a similar experience to mine Customers who thought they were on the [redacted] site paying $and were surprised and angry to get charged so much from Changemyaddress.com And then there is just plain old common sense - who would say "Let me think about this: Option A - I go to the [redacted] website to change my address and pay $or Option B - I go to changemyaddress.com to do it for me (if my address was actually ever changed) and pay times what [redacted] charges I think I'll chose Option B." said noboby - EVER!
