I am not complaining about the cancellation of the servicesI am complaining about the deceptive nature of the presentation by the company so that it appears as a USPS siteI did review the site again and agree they have in very small writing at the bottom all their terms and conditions and notifications.My point is that the company should UP FRONT, clearly state that they are NOT the USPS, as well as clearly state the full charges for the services that the USPS provides for $I am attaching their email confirmation that no where states they are NOT the USPS, nor does it state the $in chargesThey also did not provide any detail on the additional/exorbitant charges to me, the customer, before I agreed by checking the box (believing they were the USPS site).Had there been any indication of the $charge before I agreed -- I would clearly never have agreed to the charge/service.That is the clarity in representation and charges that I would expect to see from the business in the future
