This company charged me for the address change.....they did credit that off, but charged me an additional on 7/and on 7/27.....only one of the charges was credited to my account. I am asking that all money is refunded (that being the remaining that was charged to my account). Their website is not clear in any way. I am in the legal business and pay attention to things and details......it is designed like the United States Post Office in color, etc.. I have extended my change of address many times through the USPS, and this seems no different than their website. I do appreciate the time and effort you are putting into this matter. However, this company wheels and deals with you when you ask for a refund and ends up offering a lesser amount to perform their services. I don't like shady business practices like that, and I am sure I am not the only complaint. I am not being petty but want all money returned. Thank you

I was told by CS, that the address changed was already taken placehowever you said *** will do it 5/5/that's within days, it took a whole month to do an address change? you charge lots of money for inaccurate services, I completely have no doubt that your company is shady and a rip off.. I have tried calling your customer service department 5 separate times. The first time (Sept 4) I left a voicemail asking for a call back. I received nothing. The second, third, fourth, and fifth time I called it went into a continuous loop as I waited for a representative, none answered and after looping 4-5 times it went to the voicemail option. That is why I called so many times to receive a real human being to speak with and not a voice mail. I have not been able to speak with anyone and no one has returned my phone calls.I want to a complete refund - I was charged $59.95. My boyfriend, Joseph, is the one who used the website and my debit card and he stated he did not see a price on your website at all. I do not want to use your company for our address change and I want to be refunded in full as soon as possible.

This is not true.  I didn't go to this website but started at [redacted] and this fraud company is somehow linked into to get you to switch over to their website.  [redacted] is totally aware of this scam and told me they get calls all the time about the same company and they don't know how they are linked. I never went to this fraud site and when I checked out it does not give you a price to review before purchasing.   I knew how much the post office was so didn't worry about.   Who is dumb enough to pay $59.99 for an address change.    Total scam it's all over the Internet now I have researched it.Also Sydnie is who I spoke with and is the most rude person I have ever experienced in a business and I told her that.   So customer service satisfaction and she hung up on me once and I called her back.   Before the end of the conversation to be completely refunded I asked to speak to her supervisor to report her but sag said he was not there.   She was screaming "I do not r care" repeated as I told her I would be reporting this to Revdex.com.[redacted]
