clearly indicated we are a privately owned company and are in no way affiliated with any state or federal government agency, including the [redacted].  We also indicate, should you wish to submit an address change elsewhere, government forms may be obtained at [redacted] facilities at no charge. To provide further affirmation of our services and charges, we include a Terms and Conditions box, which you must accept before proceeding with your address change. After researching your order with us, placed on 03/30/17, we found your Address Change request was submitted by us and fulfilled by the [redacted]. On 05/05/17, you contacted our customer service center and agreed to a refund of $29.98.  The charge was refunded to the account used when ordering. Should you wish to cancel your order for our services, and be fully refunded the remaining charge of $29.97, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service center during business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm (Mountain Standard time) toll free at [redacted].   We hope this provides some clarification and apologize for any confusion this may have caused.  We look forward to helping you resolve this issue.

our service, we help you with connecting your home utility services at your new address, research and find the best deals on home entertainment services available in your area, get cost-comparisons for home security alarm systems and video monitoring services, reduce the clutter of receiving unwanted junk mail at your new address, and even add you to the do-not-call list to help protect your privacy from receiving unwanted spam phone calls from telemarketers.Your complaint states your address change was never filed with the USPS.  After researching your order, It was found that your order was indeed processed by the United States Postal Service, which includes a confirmation number for verification.  We also have confirmation that your address and phone numbers were placed on the National Do Not Call Registry.  We are happy to provide this information by request. As stated on our website, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase by contacting our customer service during our business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm (Mountain Standard time) toll free at [redacted]   We hope this provides some clarification and apologize for any confusion this may have caused.  We look forward to helping you resolve this issue. Thank You,
