I called Boss Ultra Carpet Cleaning *** on 6/17/and scheduled a carpet cleaning for 7/My credit card was charged immediatelyThe tech never showed up on 7/The office personel claimed he had truck problems so we rescheduled to 7/Again, the tech never showed up and the office personel claimed he had trouble with his equipment this time! We rescheduled AGAIN for 7/For the third time, the tech never showed upI called and cancelled the order and requested an immediate credit of $back to my credit cardONE MONTH later, they still have NOT issued a credit and numerous calls have been made to this companyI keep getting the run around"someone will call you back", etcbut I and still out $ I have called at least once a weekOnce again this morning I called, and still, more run around

If I could give a -rating I would
Issue: Requested refund from Boss Optima Service, Mesa AZfor the poor job of cleaning the grout in my home
Boss Optima did advertise a "Customer Satisfied Warranty" meaning, a refund will be given back to the client if they are not happy with the final results(WORTHLESS, Boss did not honor their Warranty)
Note: Boss Optima has now changed their website They no longer print Customer Satisfied Warranty
They now state they offer an "exclusive day warranty " (No meaning given)
Their website also now states:
"This state of the art cleaning system uses a combination of intense heat and high pressure extraction to remove even the toughest buildupSuperior technology ensures the best results possible"

"That day warranty means that if you sign up and are not satisfied within days, you can cancel for a FULL REFUND"
Please keep this meaning of their warranty in mind, when reading what I'm going through
I hired Boss in July to clean carpet in one room and the staircase, and to clean about 650sq' tile/grout/shower
The cleaning of the carpet was OK, but the Tech (co-owner) from Boss was not able to clean the dirt out of grout after two triesAfter the second try, I requested a refund based on the inability to remove the dirt with their processI was told, by the tech that over time the color for the grout changes and it will never be the same color it was when newThe co-owner Mike O***, reported that the grout is as clean as possible
I did not believe that to be trueI was able to use a product purchased from Home Depot (ZEP) to clean some of the grout back to the original color (the dirt is gone)Just in case that I was correct I took before and after photos, and sent these photos to MrO*** to show him that the grout is cleanable and again request a refund
At this point I was offered the sum of $, I replied NO, this is less than 50% of the cost.($for only the grout cleaning)At this time I requested a detailed list of service(s), (still to today I have not received), that were completed correctly that I should pay $for?
No responds…for about weeks
MrO*** then just requested the cleaning process to be repeated, it was, different area used and again the same result, and photos were sent to him
This started e-mails (about 24+) and this issue has been going on for 10+ months, and it’s not over
Note to possible clients, If you do hire Boss Optima Service to clean your grout, make sure that they can clean it (Side Note: in their web site, their process is to try a small area before they start, they did not use this process in my home) If they had, this issue would not exist
Payments: Do not give them the whole amount until the job is completed to your satisfaction, if they say you must pay up front, hire someone else, why you ask, (even if the tech is not able to clean your grout, he keeps his pay(what a job, just think, you can do a poor job but you still get paid!)
An agreement was reached between myself and Boss Optima (MrO***)MrO*** called my home and we agreed that Boss will refund just over $But because the co-owner (the tech) would not return any of his pay, Boss needed to repay the money in two checks, one that I could cash on arrival and the other that can be cashed next monththese checks were to be in one mailing
What we received was one check, not twoThis was on June the second check still has not arrived(Sept 2017)
In an E-mail August 23th, MrO*** stated " The second check will be next Tuesday the 29th The budget I placed it in to get your refund was maxed out for July so it automatically rolled into the August budgetI assumed it was already mailed and you just hadn't received it yet So I apologize for that."
We are still waiting! At this time it currently appears that MrO*** is reneging on his own promise? And keep in mind, he is one of the owners!
There is much more to this issue and facts to prove all things statedI hope that you read this review and think twice or more times before you say yes to using Boss Optima

Technician was greatDid a very good job and really took his time to make sure he covered all of carpetAlready had a neighbor comment that it looked like new carpet(over yrs old)Will definitely use this service again and will recommended it to others

I am a local subcontractor here in Houston TXI was called from boss optima to do a few jobs for themThey didn't pay me for all jobs It took them over months to pay for one job out of all done in weeks Eventually after months I got other checksI contacted a quite few times and all they want me to do is give me more work, I refuse to work for themI contacted the number, their email their message number And all they keep saying is they apologize they have 1000s of overflow jobs and are behind They owe me from4/11/costumer name Sheila coward 4/13/costumer name Elaine 5/25/ customer name *** *** 6/07/costumer name *** *** All jobs were at least one hour awayIt's been month now since the first job and they are doing nothing To make sure I get paid

Didn't send the person they promised to sendDid a mediocre jobDark areas still in the carpetNot satisfied

They came out and cleaned some upholstery for us They did a great job A red stain did not come out but everything else came out very good

This issue is about all aspect of the service:
The air duct cleaning was scheduled for 4/4, 8-ame called at 9:to ask when the serviceman was coming and they did not know what was going onWe called more times during the next hour and were told to be patient and that it will be another hour and a half till someone may show upA little after am we talked to a manger who offered a discount but told us that we will still have to wait one hour and a half
At this point we cancelled the service and we did not know that our credit card was charged days earlier
The business requested a credit card number when the service was orderedWe thought that they will hold the card until the service is delivered, but the credit card was charged right awayI am not sure if this is even legal to charge money for the service that is not performed yet
Today is 4/and $is still not back on our accountI called today and was told that a manager will call me back this

I had a really great experience with this companyI have used a few different carpet cleaners and I was always dissatisfied with how the traffic areas came outThe technician they sent out Tony was able to really get the color to match againI would highly recommend them

I worked and completed carpet cleaning and tile grout jobs for Boss Optima/Ultra, to their customers satisfaction based on a rating scale of to last year I received 9s and 10s as I was told by *** *** *** wanted me to become a partner since I did so well of a job for themI had to purchase uniforms and magnets( for my van) costing me $totalI did jobs as a partner for BossI was told by *** *** that he was ending our partnership because of a customer complaint because I used a portable carpet extractorHe said I would be paid all back pay due to me.I was shorted on jobs on February 26th and 27thAlso the I still have not been paid for the last jobs I did for them in Fremont Ohio on May Also they had enough nerve to ask me to do another furniture cleaning job for them last Friday June 15th yet I have not been paid what is owed to meThis company uses other contractors like me all to their advantage they have no regard as long as you can

Boss Optima came out to do my carpets todayMy scheduled window was 10-and the guy was promptly at my door at He was very professional and did an outstanding job! He was even able to get stains out that Zero Rez couldn't get out when they were here months agoThey also cleaned some upholstered chairs that I've had for years, and they now look greatI would recommend Boss Optima to everyoneAsk for George, he's great!

I have been using Boss for years and they have always done a great jobVery reasonable, techs are on time and very thoroughNever any hidden charges like other companies

I scheduled my mattress to be cleaned and when making the appointment I was sure to say I would leave a check with someone who would be at my house made out to them and for the amount they said I repeated that was my plan since I could not be there I was told that was perfectly acceptable Then, they did not come on time and pushed it later in the day Then, they came after the time window they had given me Then, they started burning up my phone every seconds while I was with patients because they decided they would not accept the check they had said before would be fine Finally, they called again as I was leaving my office and demanded a credit card regardless of what I had been told when making the appointment The woman was very sarcastic and snooty as I tried to explain that her own people made the arrangement for payment She would not hear it and continued to harass me Then, I gave her a credit card wondering whey this had to be at this minute at night instead of during business hours When I saw the mattress it was wet By the morning it had dried and was not clean Stains still easily visible Then, I understood why the unpleasant woman was so demanding They wanted to ensure they got paid because they knew the job was not properly done Never use this company for anything They are everything bad you can think of in a business They lie and argue and are demanding and sarcastic when you are unhappy with their product

Their workers did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets and upholstery They were efficient and easy to deal with My only complaint is that the office staff didn't send us a receipt for the work until I called them twice to ask for it It was supposed to be sent to me immediately

My stains came back the day after the "are you satisfied" callI contacted the technician who told me to let him know if I had any issues, but he was busy and never got back to meSo I called BO and was told that the guy I needed to talk to was out until MondayThey took my number and said he'd callNo one ever calledI've now been calling them for over a week and it rings, then goes to hold music, and then I get an answering machineI have left multiple messagesThis feels like a MAJOR scamWill change rating if anyone ever calls me back

I had the best experience having my Turkish rug cleanedThese people really know their stuffI will always use this business for my rugs and carpet and tileThank you so much for a job well done

Excellent duct cleaning and the best caring customer service

If I could give no stars I would but the one star is soley for *** who tried to make things right after Mr*** lied repeatedly to me They are a ripoff company that charges you double what the cleaning company that showed up said they were cleaning my rug for In short, Mr*** lied about who the company was that showed up at my door unannounced with Mr*** name and not mine but my address When I called that company's home office they informed me they had never heard nor trained with Optima as Mr*** had told me I also found out when Mr*** called that company after I tried to figure out what was going on, he told them not to show me their invoice (too late!) That company's charge was only $while Boss Optima charged me (even before the cleaning) $ Mr*** also lied, as does their website, that the services they provide are "unique" yet the company who came out outlined exactly the same process While I believe *** is an honest person her employer is not Lying internet company that doesn't do anything but marketing STAY AWAY!
