In late January/February 2017, I scheduled carpet cleaning service with this company When I scheduled the service, I requested and they agreed to contacting me the day of service prior to the technician arriving to the property since it was a rental property and it would take me about minutes to arrive The day of the service they contacted me when the technician was already at the property I got to the property minutes after the call but the technician already left the property I contacted them to inquire if the technician would be able to return and they informed me the technician would give me a call later that day to perform the service Several hours later the technician called to informed me they could perform the service but I wan not available during that time and declined the service I called the company directly and informed them that I needed to reschedule the service since I was unavailable during the new service time

I purchased an upholstery cleaning from Boss Optima in Irondale, Al Was charged a very high price but, as per their website, was promised a FREE no obligations demo, truck mounted steam cleaning, free unlimited bottles of stain remover, and money back guarantee on the service Was charged in full over a week before cleaning occurred A local company called Royal Steam Cleaning showed up to do the service Did not use truck mounted steamNo free demo No knowledge of stain remover Items were cleaned but many stains remained Afterward, Called Royal to get a quote on service I just received It was half what I paid to Boss Optima
Called Boss Optima Asked why I paid so much for a local service to do the job Said they were specially trained to clean things the Boss Optima way Do they clean things differently, for half as much, when someone calls them directly? Told Boss I wanted a refund to reflect the pricing the local company would have charged me to do the work Told
They arrived on time, moved the area rugs and furniture professionally, and cleaned or carpets really wellWe were able to return furniture to the carpeted areas the next day

He was even able to get stains out that Zero Rez couldn't get out when they were here months agoThey also cleaned some upholstered chairs that I've had for years, and they now look greatI would recommend Boss Optima to everyoneAsk for George, he's great!
