refund amount of $79.12 would be credited to the original mode of payment in 14 working days. The refund confirmation email was sen tto the customer with a CC marked to Ms. [redacted] and [redacted].The complete amount could not be refunded as the customer has used the ticket already. The customer confirmed that she had printed her boarding passes on a call conversation with us.She did ask us to cancel the reservation for a full refund however, as she had already checked in for the flights, and the cancellation request received was after 24 hours of booking the reservation, the Airline did not permit a full refund of the ticket and we had to abide to the Airline policies completely.The same information was advised to the customer, however, she still wanted to check the same with Airline. The amount would have been refunded originally, however, the customer confirmed that she would call us back after speaking to the Airline on the last call conversation we had with her, which was on July 12. The customer never called us back and took the flights later. If she felt the amount should have been refunded to her, we would have done so if she would have asked us to do so instead of asking us to wait for her to call back and never called us back after that.Although we only charged her for the fare depending on the fare availability on our systems, we were ready to honor the fare which got available after her booking got confirmed. The customer clearly informed us that she did not want us to honor anything and would call us back after speaking to the Airline.For the agent who assisted the customer with the reservation, did inform her that her booking was issued through a Third party, Cheap Flights Fares, however, there seems to be a miscommunication, which we can sure resolve if the customer takes our calls or calls us back.Please validate the complaint and advise. Regards,Liz C[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Cheap Flight Fares told us on 12/11/17 that they would refund the money within 7 days and their response to you is that they will refund it within 2-3 weeks.  We will accept the refund within the 1-3 week range but will contact you if they do not keep their word.

We understand the glitch was from our end and we regret that we could not assist the customer. The customer book the reservation online on our website and we could not give him the flights for an alternate date because of the unavailability of the same fare.Please be informed that as the customer's reservation did not get confirmed we did not charge anything from the customer's card. This is not true!  The money that they sent was to credit me for the overcharges they made on my account.  This email from them on 1/28/18 (which is after 1/25) CLEARLY shows they still owe me my pain and suffering credit (because they felt so bad for “accidentally” overcharging me also $700 dollars) that Chris (the supervisor) told me I would receive.  They NEVER EVER sent me a email of the what they are claiming below.  Please see attached.  I am not done fighting with this bogus company.  They are lying.  All I want it what THEY told me I would get for all the trouble they put me through.  I wish I would have did my research (reviews are HORRIBLE) on them before I gave my money to them.

I tried to reach out to the customer, however was unfortunately unable to speak to her.I checked the booking details and found that the customer had originally made the reservation on our website. The customer would have selected the destination airport for San Jose, CA if she got booked to travel...

to the city. The screenshot below confirms that the destination airports are displayed with the city and state names for the customers to be able to know the airports they book. Clearly, she must not have noticed the destination she was booking for.Also, We checked the call records and found that the customer had originally called us on Jan 31, 2018, after the reservation was booked on Dec 29, 2017. Unfortunately, The reservation, by then, was not valid to be refunded, as per the Airline policies. We offered the customer to make a change on the reservation, and as the customer was traveling to an International destination around peak travel dates, the customer was informed that a change fee for $200 per person + a fare difference per person would be charged. Also, the Airline could not be changed, the customer booked American Airlines, and she was not flexible with dates, we checked for the best possible amounts and found flights were she could get the changes done for an Additional amount of $1200 in total for both the passengers, inclusive of all Taxes and change fees. The customer did not agree to pay the amount.We also checked if the customer wanted to cancel the flights and keep the ticket cost as a future credit, she denied to the amounts, when she found out that there was a cancellation charge of $50 per person and she could get a credit for $612.40 to be used in future against another reservation.We understand that the customer had paid $892.40 for the original reservation she booked on our website, however making a change to flights is usually a high amount as there is a change fee involved to make a change on any reservation. This amount varies depending on Airline policies and can only be waived off if there is a medical reason. Having to abide to the Airline policies, we tried to check for all the options possible for the customer to be able to use the flights, however, she denied to the same.We can still cancel the reservation and give her a credit for the ticket cost. However, unfortunately, as the tickets are our of the refund period, we would not be able to initiate the refund for the customer. The information is not accurate. I was told there would be a $50 charge for cancellation and a $200 booking fee per ticket. I was told re-booking would cost $2000 more. The "screenshot" shows nothing, I am 100 percent certain I typed in San Jose, Costa Rica. The print out they provided after I paid says Greensboro to Charlotte to LAX to SJC San Jose. I had no reason to think this wasn't the correct airport code. It says nothing about California. I didn't find this out until January 31 when we checked on seat assignments. At no point did I type in California, of this I am certain. I am not sure what the agency is offering to do for me the way it is written. I will call them and try to clarify this. I took notes during my conversation with Nick, he said and I am quoting him verbatim, we would get $306.20 refund per person and from this they would deduct 250.00 per person, leaving the balance of $56.20 to be applied to another trip.

email to the customer keeping Revdex.com in loop.The customer's reservation did not get charged as her card did not go through. The reservation was cancelled as the card got declined as the charged seemed to be denied by her bank. Although the customer deposited more money, the charge could not go through, even after our Supervisors and associates tried to assist her with it. as her card was never charged, and the reservation got cancelled later on, there was no refund due to be issued on the booking.Please validate the complaint and advise.Regards,Liz C[redacted]
