I am rejecting this response because: Given the fact I work for Department of Children and family Services and have to
get fingerprinted with a background check that CLEARED in Nov I know that my background is clear! Furthermore, I feel that this "We're reinvestigating" is unfair given it is the Company's mistakeI understand things are prioritized and take time but when it is the companies fault for the mistake and financial impact given to the person you would think that "Checkr" would promptly respond or correct this errorIt has already been almost weeks since my account was deactivated and due to the companies error and lack of willingness and promptness to fixI understand the investigation stated "up to days" but you would think Checkr would consider and prioritize things that are "Checkrs" fault to make right on the issueAs a company you would think that you would pride yourself on the urgency of the matterGiving the generated response of "We're working on it" isn't fairNow, Attached is a screenshot stating the "Infraction" almost years ago that is NOT a "Criminal Charge". My license is CLEAR but Checkr has my name as "CRIMINAL HISTORY" marked "Considered" for the attachment I attached to this response which is identical to the File number given on my Checkr with the SAME ticketsThis is actually Defamation of Character on so many levels and all I am asking is for Checkr to remove their MISTAKE! I spoke to the county clerk for that area who as well indicated that it is an INFRACTION, but CHECKR wants to mark as "Criminal" ABSURD! Now I have to wait more weeks to complete the days before receiving a response? Ridiculous!

Actually I tried more than a dozen times to contact checkr and never once was I able to talk to a single personI did talk to Uber and they did mention that they did hire checkr for the initial six months prior but they had not authorized any additional back ground checksThey also stated that they could not get them to stop either and as the tech put it they were "running amock"Again This company never contacted me and I coudlnt get ahold of anyone at the siteNo direct or indirect contact because Uber couldnt get a response eitherThis is a dangerous company and I seriously word about checks and balances with possibility ID theft due to their lack of control and oversight

If you are getting a background check done by this company request a copy and throughly go over it because they do NOT go by your social just by your DOB and nameIf you happen to have a common name you could be linked to someone else who may have criminal activity and now you will have it on your background check as well and have to dispute it in which case everything your working towards for a job that is using this company will be put on hold hence you not being able to work with that company until completedThis is completely unfair for them to check people like this and put 100% wrong information on someone's checkNot only am I disputing this but I'm looking into whatever else I can do so that this doesn't happen to others

We received *** *** dispute on January 19, and resolved the dispute on January 24, We have reached out to Mr*** to provide additional documentation in support of his dispute as we have already conducted an investigation

Employers make their decisions on hiring or firing based on the information Checkr provides. Uber would have never locked me out of the app without checkr' s inaccurate report. Sincerely,[redacted]

distribute wrong information to my employer. I don't understand why it takes so much longer to investigate again even with the evidence that I have provided for them. I also don't understand how you can come up with the conclusion at all that I am the person that has the warrants  because we have different birth dates and Social Security numbers  which is information that you already had from me when you ran the first investigation. Now I have to suffer consequences because of you guys mistake.[redacted]
