The response is open ended and does not give a date or time for completion. The response is boiler plate. My information was cleared by this same company in March of 2017, yet they are withholding results even from that "investigation. " I remain concerned about the dissemination of my information to 3rd or 4th party's... complaint to be accelerated.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not take into account laws governing them. They violated law in every jurisdiction pertaining to this complaint. I even gave exact statues they are violating  and their only responce is circular logic probably generated by a computer. Checkr is selling an illegal defective product and their costumer service is so bad that they sent a canned robot responce with "insert name" to a better buisness bureau complaint.
