Date Sent: 9/19/2017 4:47:07 PMComplaint[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I know they say they tried to contact me but that's not true I called back I asked them to call me between certain hours I called back it goes straight to voicemail I'm unable to get a hold of anyone the number they gave me does not even have an answering machine it just goes straight to as a peep then a messaging system it doesn't identify the company or anything.  I spoke to a guy named [redacted] who told me they can't change my information through email I will send a copy of that email as well basically I feel the company is playing games and when you are dealing with someone else's identity you're not supposed to do stuff like that someone needs to get a hold of me or of the need to give me a number where I can get a hold of a supervisor so this matter can be resolved .  The number they gave me is 
[redacted], it doesn't even ring it goes straight to voicemail no matter when you call during the day in the afternoon it goes straight to voicemail and this is unacceptable

A dispute has been filed for [redacted] [redacted] background report. We will conduct a reinvestigation of Ms. [redacted] report and a resolution will be reached within 30 days at which time Ms. [redacted] and Uber will be provided with a copy of the report.

I am currently suspended from work because this company reported the wrong background to the company, stating I have been arrested and in prison several times, when in fact I have never been arrested. When I contacted them about the error they told me it would take up to 30 days to correct. So here I am out of work for up to a month because my employer thinks I am a criminal.
