information about me. They are in violation of civil and criminal law in the state of California.California FCRA states there is a statue of limitations on reporting agencies of 7 years and Juvenile records are not allowed to be used everCalifornia labor code 432.7it is illegal to utilize a sealed record as a factor of employment. California penal code SB530 Civil penalties and or a misdemeanor criminal chare if the seal record is reported intentionallySo in California CHECKRs product has not only violated 3 FCRA laws they have also violated state civil and criminal laws. This record the are reporting is a sealed 22 year old juvenal offence Texas my state of residency and employment Texas FCRA subsection B A4 A record of arrest or conviction can not be used after 7 years and Juvenile records are prohibited to be used in a consumer report.  Texas FCRA

A dispute has been filed for [redacted] [redacted] background report. We will conduct a reinvestigation of Ms. [redacted] report and a resolution will be reached within 30 days at which time Ms. [redacted] and Uber will be provided with a copy of the report.

I am currently suspended from work because this company reported the wrong background to the company, stating I have been arrested and in prison several times, when in fact I have never been arrested. When I contacted them about the error they told me it would take up to 30 days to correct. So here I am out of work for up to a month because my employer thinks I am a criminal.
